Creative Fence Company

From the start, the team at Creative Fence was exceptional to deal with. I had multiple fence installers come out to look at the project but knew from the beginning that Brad was the person I wanted to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time with my on the initial visit and also came back a second time for 4 hours to help me layout the location of a shed that was being built so that it lined up with the fence when it was installed. Brad's price was in line with the other quotes I received although the products he offered were clearly higher quality and I felt much more comfortable that he would do a good job. Brad was also willing to take the time to discuss all of the different options and what would look best. He took his time and it never felt rushed. We wanted something different and other companies clearly weren't interested in doing anything different. We ended up deciding on using different heights of fence and curved transition pieces between the different heights to make the fence look better. Brad even god the curved pieces custom made in the color fence we chose. When it came time for the project to start, Brad came with a crew of 6 people on the first day. Brad and his project manager Dan walked the job with me and made sure we went over any questions such as how to pitch the fence, gate orientations, etc. They really took their time to make sure every detail was how we wanted it. Brad spent a considerable amount of time helping to get the job started and then turned it over to Dan. Dan did an unbelievable job of running the project, communicating with us and making sure the install was as close to perfect as possible. We always knew what they were doing, he checked with us any time there were any options on how to install and followed up with us at the end of each day. The install took a little more than four days and the guys were here until it was complete. The installation is nothing short of amazing. The fence is straight and level and looks great. I am a very particular person and there is nothing bad I can say about the installation. Dan did everything he could to make it look as good as possible. He leveled the ground in areas where it would have caused the fence to be uneven and meticulously lined everything up. I felt confident in hiring Brad and all I can say is that his team surpassed my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Creative Fence and am confident there isn't a better fence company anywhere nearby.

The owner came out to gather information and provide an estimate. After taking measurements, we were told that we would have an estimate in a couple of days. After three weeks we called to inquire about the estimate and were given several excuses on why no timely estimate was provided. We were told that the owner was in the office and we would get an estimate right away. Several months later and we still have not received an estimate.

GREAT! I got 3 estimates, Creative being the last. The first two estimates weren't bad. The first one - I didn't care for the company owner who did the estimate. I don't like a HARD SELL. The second estimate, I thought was high. Then I caught him in a lie when I was asking questions about the quote since he said he gets his materials from Home Depot. So he was off the list. Brad, the owner of Creative Fence, was the third quote I got. He's very knowledgeable, explaining the different types of fence he had available (he also offers a variety of wood fences besides vinyl) and the pros/cons. Because budget is a big consideration for me in all projects, my intention was to go with a wood fence since it would be less expensive. But I REALLY wanted vinyl. I looked at the vinyl samples he had with him. The vinyl he offers is a much nicer quality than that offered at Home Depot. (I know - because I went to Home Depot to look at their stuff). His pricing was better than either of the other two companies. The fence was installed over a 2-day period - May 3rd & 4th. Brad came to the job the first morning to go over things with the installers (Mike & Taj - I hope I've got Taj's name right). Both of the guys were great - personable and knowledgeable - and did a great job. I'm thrilled with the way it came out. All was spotless when they were finished. I'm looking forward to next spring when I can finish up the last 88'. If you're looking for fencing of any type, you owe it to yourself to contact Creative Fence to see all the options there are and get a great price. I've already recommended them to several people!

The job went great overall. When we were getting estimates, it came down to this company and one other, who were almost identical in price. The questions and professionalism that Brad showed at the estimate was the deciding factor though. The things he asked about made me confident that everything would be done with all i's dotted and t's crossed. The only thing I personally found strange (and perhaps it's because all fence companies do this and I just wasn't aware of it), was that once I paid the deposit, they didn't schedule the job until later. I know it would be about 4 weeks until they could do it, but I was expecting to get a tentative date once the deposit was paid. That's not how they operate I guess. No big deal, I figured they'd give about a week heads up for the date once it got closer. But that assumption was wrong too - they called on a Monday afternoon saying they could come the following morning. Not much notice at all! We were still waiting on the permit so couldn't do it that day, but they did come the Friday of that same week. So, I suppose the communication could have been a bit better, because I didn't know what to expect in terms of the scheduling. But it rally wasn't a problem, just a bit confusing at the time. The guys ended up having to dig some of the post holes by hand because of the UGI line being right near the fence line, so that ended up costing a bit extra, but the guys did the digging quickly so we wouldn't have a large extra charge. They kept me in the loop the whole time and did a really great job. The yard was left clean when they were done, and there was very little dirt left over. All in all, I was very happy with the company and with our new fence. My only suggestion is that they tell customers up front about how they approach the scheduling.

Brad (the owner) met us on the first day of the job and went over the exact placement of the fence. Our property is not completely level and he took the time to talk through various options with us to ensure we would be completely satisfied. Once the exact layout was determined, the project began right away. There were a few speed bumps along the way as the water table in our backyard was very high and caused some issues for the crew. However, they were very patient and worked through what could get done and then returned less then a week later to complete the project. At the end of each day, Mike (the team leader) would go over what they had completed to ensure we were satisfied with the work and progress. Overall, the installation took 5 days and the fence looks wonderful. We had contacted about 5 fence companies prior to deciding on Creative Fence. Their professionalism, knowledge, and price, ultimately made the decision for us. I know our dog will certainly enjoy running around in the backyard this summer.

They called me on the 6th week since the estimate and in three days had my fence installed. They ran into some issues with underground drainage for the rain gutters in my house, but everything went great. The new fence is beautiful and sturdily installed. The gates open and close perfectly. At first I thought a 5 foot fence might make my small yard look smaller, but it actually makes it look bigger and gives me more privacy than I expected. I love it. Brad and Mike worked overtime on the last day to wrap it up and I appreciate their hard work ethic. Creative Fence is a rarity in the home improvement business in that they are timely, polite, and do what they say they will do. I strongly endorse them!

Every part of the installation went smooth & perceptively as planned.

We wanted the vinyl fence that was installed because of durability and warranty. We were offered colors to match our house and able to decide on site. Very professional, courteous, attention to detail and pride in job well done. Extremely satisfied!

Our experience with Creative Fence was amazing. The price was competitive the features I wanted didn't come as actions from the fence company so C F customized my fence for a very reasonable cost. Brad the owner is a pleasure to deal with. He brought samples, unlike the 4 other companies we got estimates from, so it was easy to pick exactly what we liked. The man who installed the fence were polite, professional, perfection is do Dan in part with made sure that the fence was level all around the property - he dug trenches where the ground was too high and built up where ground was too low. He the bottom of the Dan also hand the posts to the potentially a drainage line. It was the best experience we've ever with any work on our house.

Brad came on time to provide an estimate… he provided options to help us with the design (type of materials, hinges/locks, and how to handle the uneven ground). He promptly followed up with a written proposal and scheduled the work within 2 weeks. Kay from the office called the day before to let us know when the crew would arrive. The crew arrived on-time and they reviewed the design again with us before they dug any holes. The crew was professional and the job was completed in 2 days…. The fence looks great!

The owner, Brad, came out in a timely manner to look at our property and provided quotes for several fencing options. The fencing we chose was already in stock, and the job was able to be completed sooner than we expected. Everyone we encountered from Creative Fence was extremely professional and friendly. The crew, led by Mike, worked with us throughout the process to ensure the fence went in exactly the way we wanted. We felt their pricing was fair, and the only unexpected costs were due to jackhammering fees when the crew hit some rock when digging post holes. From first contact with Kay to project completion I could not have been more pleased. Creative Fence arrived on time every time and completed the job within the promised time frame. Pricing was fair with no surprises. Brad and crew are friendly and respectful of the needs of the homeowner.

It went very well. They did a great job. It took 3 days to put the fence in. Brad, the owner, came out within 2 weeks to give us an estimate. Kay, in the office, told us it would be that long until he could come out. Therefore, that wasn't an issue. Brad brought pieces of the different fences so it was easier to decide which brand and type of fence we wanted. Other fence companies only gave us brochures to look at and made suggestions. The quality of the aluminum fence we chose ( Jerrold bronze aluminum 52 " fence) seems very nice. We were told that it would be 2-3 weeks until the fence would be installed. This is ONE of the reasons that we we chose Creative Fence. Other fence companies said that it couldn't be installed for 2 - 3 months. We had some landscaping done and part of our original fence had been taken down and we only had a temporary fence in it's place. We really didn't want to wait that long and the qualify of the fence seemed better. It wasn't easy trying to coordinate when part of the landscaping would be finished and when we could get the fence installed. We put down 1/3 the cost when we placed our order. When looking at details from a state website on the maximum to put down on any project was 1/3 the total cost. So we were not surprised by the request of 1/3 down. After 16 days I called to find out what was going on. To find out if the ordered fence had arrived. It arrived later that afternoon. Then much to our surprise they wanted to start installing the fence the next morning. We were expecting to have a couple days to remove the rest of the fence before they arrived, It all worked out okay in the end. Before that decision was made we told Creative Fence exactly how much fence was still in place. We both agreed that we could work around each others schedules. Creative Fence did come the next day. Brad came out with the installers the first day to lay out exactly where the fence would go. Mike the foreman on the job and the rest of the installation team did a great job. They checked with us to make sure that it was being installed correctly and up to our requirements. We appreciated all their professionalism. They cleaned up the work site each day and at the end of the job. I can't say enough how great the whole team from Creative Fence was to work with. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. The only problem was that we were surprised how expensive is was to replace the pool fence.

All work was completed a professional manner. Great concern was used in establishing the best slope, elevation, and angles of the fence. Site was always clean and organized. Recommend highly! Pricing is very fair, not the cheapest. Worth every penny.

Owner Brad was on time for all appointments. He patiently worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. He took us through all options - we were originally set on wood but ultimately this custom vinyl was the best choice for us. Work was completed on time and on budget. Brad & crew worked around several obstacles & came up with excellent solutions. Brad reviewed every detail as requested. Excellent! Beautiful fence. Very happy.

I met with the owner, Brad, in late late November, 2015 in order to provide information for an estimate. After finishing the necessary measurements, I was told an estimate would be done by that Friday or Saturday. Since that was Thanksgiving weekend, I told Brad as long as it was done by the following weekend that would be fine. Also, Brad was also told that day, and at a prior meeting, that we wanted the fence done as soon as possible, but understood weather issues might push it back until spring. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I emailed Brad on 12/6/15. I received a reply from his secretary and was told he didn't forget me but was "just a little behind." Three more weeks went by with no word from Brad. When I emailed again on 12/29/15, I was given a NEW excuse by his secretary. This time, it was that he believed we didn't want the work done until spring, so he put the estimate on the "back-burner." Since he was told the opposite, this was a complete fabrication. Brad was unable to follow through on a simple estimate and never bothered to contact me directly. Instead, he had his secretary respond with phony excuses. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and wasted several hours of my time. Being an attorney, I often hear about the less than scrupulous people in my profession, yet a don't hear nearly as much about all these incompetent contractors who waste so much time. Avoid Creative Fence Inc.

No problems. Owner came out within a day or two of calling to request a quote. Gave us an approximate quote on the spot and sent a follow-up contract within 24 hours. No hidden charges or surprises.
