Brad came when promised to view the job and take measurements. I waited a little bit longer that I thought I would for the estimate, however, when I received it, it was very professionally presented. I was offered various options within different price ranges. I returned my selection along with a one third deposit check. Brad called to go over some details and about six weeks after his initial visit, he came back to do the work. He showed up when promised and called me when the work was completed. His workers were polite and professional. The work exceeded my expectations and was high-quality. He even did a little more repair work than was in the original estimate for no extra charge. All in all, a completely painless experience. Brad and his crew are great at what they do. And his office staff, Kay, is excellent. What a nice person! Communication was excellent!

Brad, Kay and their installation team are top notch and very thorough. Each step of the process was carried out with professionalism and care for our home. When the installers were finished there was no clean-up required. No mess in the street. Great job.

We have signed a contract with them and they are going to do the work in a few weeks. He was the only one of the people that I talked to that had a good solution to our sloping yard.

They were very punctual and very professional. They were very confident and seemed to know what they were talking about.

The initial appointment was rescheduled which was not a huge issue. My husband met with the representative who took measurements and said he would be sending an estimate in a few days...we are still waiting and it's been at least a month. To say the least, we will not be using their service now or in the future.

Creative Fence was contacted to give us an estimate on a deck railing. He did show up and very professionally measured and discussed the project. It has been over two months and I have not heard from him. I am very disappointed. I have contacted other individuals since and have had estimates from them within days. I have awarded the job to another contractor.

When I called Creative Fence I was greeted by Kay(sp) , you couldn't ask for a more pleasant or polite individual to deal with! We chatted a short while then discussed the job briefly . We were able to set up an appointment for an estimate that met both parties schedules within a few days. On the day of the appointment Brad ,the owner, called ahead of the scheduled time to inform me he would be a few minutes late due to being on another job some distance away and traffic was heavy. I appreciated the communication rather than be left waiting, even though it was maybe 15 minutes . Brad arrived and introduced himself. I was impressed with his professionalism as well as his friendly polite demeanor! I showed him the job and he immediately took measurements. We sat down to discuss some design and material options, his input was very helpful in deciding the final project. This was in early May, and he informed me that the job wouldn't be started until the 2nd week in June.Fair enough. then we had 3 weeks of rain so i figured that would push the start date to somewhere in July. Much to my surprise Kay called on June 15 to tell me Brad and his crew would be there the next day to start the job. They arrived on time and all of the crew introduced themselves. They were all polite and courteous and made me feel that they were happy to be doing this job for me. Very personal service .The job was done in the 2 days as promised ,even though Dan and Eric had to do some work in the rain. The quality of both material and workmanship is obvious.The privacy portion of the fence makes my yard feel cozy and secure while the scalloped picket and arbor add a decorative touch that sets it apart from any other in the neighborhood.Four of the neighbors have commented on how good the fence looks! I would highly recommend Creative Fence to anyone considering installing a fence.

Excellent first visit to prepare quote. A bit slow in actually getting me the quote - but seems because they are so sought after and have much business (because they are so good!) - once the quote did get to me though they moved quickly. And they were apologetic about the delay, which I appreciated. The work itself is excellent - workers friendly, professional - removed all left over materials. Yard clean when they left. They worked efficiently. In and out - and excellent results. Owner Brad professional and engaging.

The experience started when we called the office. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional and asked questions to understand what we were looking for. Brad came to review the property with us, understand our needs, ask more questions, and provide options. He brought sample with him and helped us understand our options and choose the right fence for our yard. Because the fence required ordering special materials, we had to wait a few weeks between the initial consultation and the actual installation; however, this wasn't a problem and Brad gave us a very realistic idea of when we could expect the installation. On t he day the installation began, Brad arrived right on time with the installation crew, introduced the crew, and reviewed the property with us. We have a unique property with many changes in grade and Brad and the crew asked many questions to understand exactly what we wanted in the installation. The crew was prompt, polite, and professional. The crew leader asked questions whenever the crew encountered something unexpected or had options for how to proceed. (Therefore, I recommend that someone we available whenever a fence is installed). The installation took about a half-day more than expected, but that was fine with us because the end product was excellent and exactly what we were looking for.

Brad was very professional. He came to our house with samples of the different types of fences and copies of his certificates of insurance. He even has the booties that go over his shoes so he doesn't track in any mud from outside. This shows that he really cares about his work and respects his clients and their homes. The day when the fence was delivered, Brad and his crew came out and walked us through the exact layout. His crew was very professional and very attentive. They constantly kept us involved when they hit tree roots or rocks when digging the posts to keep us informed if we needed stagger the posts or different ways to keep the costs down. After everything was done, the crew cleaned everything up and even helped by taking the extra dirt and filling in on the low spots in our yard. Not just dumping extra dirt on a pile for us to rake out but actually spreading it all out for us. After the fence was installed for a week, Brad came back to see how everything was working out and make sure we liked everything and that there were no problems or concerns.

Our entire yard is transformed for the better. The guys that did the install were polite, attentive and cleaned up daily. I would recommend Creative Fence without reservation!

Brad Eck came to my home by appointment, showed me options and took measurements. About a week later, he returned with an estimate which was acceptable. I signed a contract and paid a $2000.00 deposit. The order was placed about a week later for materials. The snowfalls of January and February prevented any work from being done. In early March, I contacted the company to see if we were on the schedule soon. Brad confirmed that he had openings in the next couple weeks, and he put us on the schedule. Weather and other delays prevented them from starting until about 9 days later, but he did arrive on the day promised to go over final instructions and explanations, asking questions and explaining options, as well as taking final measurements which he had been unable to do earlier because of arborvitae hedge that had to be removed. When they did arrive to do the work, they crew was very professional and considerate. They completed the work in the two days promised and cleaned up nicely. The fence seems very sturdy and looks beautiful. Brad was very helpful and professional in his explanations and responses. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

From the time I called to schedule an estimate I was impressed with the quality of service to accepting the appraisal and seeing our beautiful fence completed. Brad and his entire crew were amazing, their attention to detail and customer service was phenomenal. We got four estimates and although I received two that were a bit less, our intuition lead us to Creative Fence based on their professionalism and expertise. Although our home is older and requires remodeling in the back area, the fence has added such curb appeal - our neighbors and passerby's stop to tell us how beautiful the fence looks. We haven't hesitated to pass Creative Fence's name along, even to our new neighbor that just bought their house in the neighborhood. Wishing Creative Fence continued success!

We chose them because of the quality of their products; they had samples so I could see the construction on the inside and they built a short span of picket fence for me. No other company was able to provide vinyl fencing in the picket style like my homeowner?s association requires. Their quote was the most expensive but it was better to get the quality that I wanted and the custom fencing rather than the price. They were extremely responsive, they were very easy to work with, and they did a great job even though it was cold and there was a lot of digging.

Brad was personally very attentive. He came by our house twice before the work was started and was on-site with his team when the work was begun. He presented several options, showed us real samples, and was very patient with us because my wife and I took some time to make up our minds about the style and height we wanted for our home. He even gave us a list of addresses of previous customers, which we did use. His team was also very professional, they finished the job when they said they would, and cleaned up afterward. Top notch service and product from a wonderful company. My wife and I highly recommend Creative Fence.

The entire experience with Creative Fence was superlative. When Brad arrived to give us a quote for the job, he listened carefully to our desires (we wanted a decent-looking and cost-effective fence that would keep our newly-adopted dog safe from traffic at the busy corner we live on.) He asked many questions, offering options as we went to hone in on the best products and plan to meet our needs, wants and don't-wants. When he left, we both felt that he took pride in his business and did not try to "up sell" us anything we didn't want or need. The quote was prompt (via email) and very fairly priced compared to previously quoted jobs for similar product, so we sent the deposit and scheduled the work the same day. The lead time was maybe a week longer than we anticipated, but after firming up a start date, Brad and crew arrived on time. He and his foreman went over every detail with us again before beginning to dig. Before leaving to another job, Brad ensured his guys knew exactly what was expected. Three guys went to work marking lines, unloading materials and tools, and measuring, measuring, measuring. The job ended up taking about a half day longer than expected (two long work days total) because we had a tremendous amount of rock where the post holes needed to go. The guys didn't complain, but just kept digging and digging, even though I felt bad for them! (It really was a LOT of rocks; they took it in stride.) Dan the foreman continued popping in to ask relevant questions as the job went on. Their attention to detail was really impressive. Where EXACTLY did we want the hinges placed on the gate? How about the latch? Inside swing or out? How high off the ground did we want the wire lining? Did we mind if they pruned off a couple of tiny twigs from the apple tree that were in the way? Some things we really didn't care one way or the other, but the fact that they care enough to ask the customer is the important part. The attention to detail continued to the very end. You could not even tell there were holes dug in the yard when they were finished. No dirt mounds around the posts at all. And everything was cleaned up probably better than when they arrived -- not a screw or piece of plastic, wire, concrete or anything left on the lawn. Even though it was getting late and a big thunderstorm was predicted in a few hours, they insisted on hosing the dust and dirty fingerprints off the entire fence before leaving. We told them not to worry about that since the rain would get it, but they were adamant. And I really can't say enough good things about the crew (3 guys the first day, 2 of the same guys the second day.) They were polite and professional, and even though I was home both days, I would have felt 100% confident leaving them unsupervised on my property. Aside from their BRIEF lunch breaks, and once or twice when I know Dan was calling Brad to ask a question, I never saw them talking on cell phones or loafing about even though it was very hot and sunny for late September. (Few things annoy me more than contractors trying to work with a cell phone stuck to their ear and I've had others work in my house doing just that. Not Creative Fence, though!) Brad called us the next day to ask if we were fully satisfied. I lied and told him the dog got out, and I think he nearly had a heart attack! I told him I was joking, of course, but the concern in his voice was real and evident. We were quite satisfied. So at the end, the fence looks and works GREAT. We got exactly what we needed at a fair price from a professional company that clearly takes pride in its work. We have a bigger job of replacing a length of privacy fence in the near future and we will DEFINITELY call Brad and Creative Fence when the time comes.

Best fence company in the Valley! We used Creative Fence a couple of years ago and not only are their products excellent, they were quick to install and very professional. Just recently, we had a fire that damaged a section of the fence and not only did they replace the sections but it looks like we never had a fire! I would recommend Creative Fence to anyone who is looking for a fence install.

They came out help me find our boundary line and gave us a quote. It only took 1 day for them to put it in and them gentlemen that did it was very kind and very professional.

I usually dread home renovations of any kind. This one was actually a pleasure. Brad came to give an estimate when he said he would. He lived up to the title of "Creative Fence" by planning some perfect ways to deal with various issues this project presented. I have had other estimates and none of these things were suggested. The crew arrived on schedule and finished the job exactly as quoted, despite some pretty horrendous tree roots! All the crew members were great...They went above and beyond in trying to make EVERY aspect of the project as perfect as possible. And believe me,some of these site issues were challenging to say the least! The finished product was better than we had anticipated... It serves the purpose of the fence, but it also enhances the property. A true bonus. This is a company that was definitely a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent price by comparison to other similar scope bids.. Very professional job from original estimating site inspection to final clean-up. Workmanship is excellent. Crew worked hard and was very experienced. We are extremely satisfied with the end result. Only criticism was original bid was slow in coming but we are glad we waited for it before selecting a contractor. Original price held with no extras added. I would highly recommend Creative Fence to others.

We had three estimates done for replacing our 14 year old broken down wooden fence with a new vinyl fence. Out of the three, Creative's estimate came in at the middle, and included higher end material. It seemed like the best value, all things considered and Brad, the owner, impressed us right off the bat as well. As it turns out, it was the RIGHT decision! Brad and company professionally and meticulously delivered QUALITY workmanship second to none. We are 100% satisfied!! EXCELENT JOB!!! If your looking for a fence contractor, look no further?.

Brad (the owner) and his team were great. From the first phone call, I knew it would be an easy experience. Brad was able to come out for a free estimate within 2 days, and his price came in the most competitive, out of 3 total companies. His product was also the best quality - we compared sample of Dura Shield (Creative Fences' brand), Home Depot and another company's brand, and Dura Sheild was amazingly better. My price was a little more due to the almond color pickets (5% more than white color). We also opted for the upgraded hinges (well worth the few extra dollars!). Brad was done with my fence in 2 days. His clean-up was impeccable...he even spread the extra dirt around in our yard where we needed some extra fill. Kay, the receptionist, is just wonderful. She is very polite, and prompt in getting back to you with any answers you may have. I highly recommend getting an estimate from Brad if you are thinking of a fence.
