One of the better selections in the LV for carpeting. Knowledgeable sales staff. Challenging to get information over the phone regarding order status. Needed multiple calls.

I had dealt with this company prior to this (about 3 years ago). At that time all arrangements were made long distance. I was pleased with the product and the service so I called on them again when we needed to replace carpeting throughout this home. Although I do not live in this home and I live out of state, I was visiting and got to arrange most of the purchase orders in person. Although I found them a bit pricier than expected and their showroom is anything but glitzy, I found them to be helpful in locating the particular carpet I wanted. Most of the scheduling and some of the payment was accomplished while I was there. However, I did have to arrange part of the payment long distance and found no problem with this. The work was accomplished on time and we were very pleased with the carpeting choice and the installation. The reason for the "B" under professionalism is only because unlike most retail carpet places, this one does not really have salesmen to wait on you. Don't be put off by the curtness of the gentleman that helps you because it is obvious that he is also a "worker" there. He is knowledgeable, albeit slightly gruff, but can be a pleasant change from the showrooms that have sales people on commission, etc. The actual installation was performed by or arranged by a gentleman who I'm not certain is an actual employee since he is paid separately. I believe he is contracted by them. I would recommend giving this place a chance in your shopping.

It was on time. It was efficient and it looked good. The cost was exactly as quoted. We are replacing carpeting at the same address in 4 different rooms and are engaging this same company to do the work and furnish the carpet. This time the amount will be in the neighborhood of $3,500.00. I expect the work to be equally as good as their previous work. The type of carpet will be different however.

Originally went to Allentown store to look at samples. We picked type we wanted and they sent a person to measure who was their installer. I accepted price and he gave me an install date. We had to move the date due to a funeral but he accomodated us. The job was done in 3 days and we have a floor that was installed as it should be. I would have them do work again if I need anything.

In the end I found out the wall to wall brand of carpets from craft rug mills are not the right carpets for us and opted to go to another dealer. The carpets we need have to have a backing that is latex-free (family member w/allergy), and there are very few lines that offer this and they happen to not be carried by craft rug mills. We would likely have bought the wall to wall carpets from craft had they offered this latex free brand. Vick from the Easton store was helpful and responsive in pricing the rugs we initially were looking at, and he got back to us right away as promised. I decided not to do the hardwoods with them as we want to buy all flooring from one dealer (minimize the measurements by different contractors) and this would have made us to deal with multiple contractors and vendors to break up the flooring job. However, if we decide to go with all hardwoods and scrap the idea of wall-to-wall broadloom we will strongly consider using them. Their prices are competitive.
