He overinflated his prices. He would not come down on them. The county allowed him to get away with it. He was supposed to do do a roof or windows. He said out steps leading down to the basement needed to be replaced. He wanted $18900 to do the roof and the furnace. The county refused to have other contractors bid in. They terminated us October 2 and the county did nothing. Their inspector said our furnace was combustible and they let us sit with a furnace like that.

We were satisified with the initial installation, and do like the window. However the molding around the window was not satisfactory, the corners do not meet. Unfortunately my husband payed the bill the next week when we received it. When he contacted them about the molding and stated that we were not happy, the owner did come to check it, and said he was surprised the quality was not up to the usual standards, and someone would come to repair/replace it. However no one has ever come to follow up on our complaint. Despite numerous phone calls to request the promised follow up we have still not had our molding repaired. We used Cappy's in the past for windows and storm doors, and I would like to have more windows replaced, but we will not use this company again, due to their lack of response to our complaint.

The price was great. They did a great job and everything was done within 2 days. They picked up all the trash and I didn't have to do anything. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. They were punctual and definitely on time.

They were offering a discount with the government. This was the second time that I’d used them and they do pretty good work. They are a little unusual and people don’t think about them usually because they are from a bad part of the town. They were very reasonable and very responsive. The windows were the new energy efficient ones that were on the okay list from the government to get the rebate.
