Call 2 Haul

For about a year and a half i have had trash (broken appliances, 60inch projector TV, washer and dryer and 2 broken couches along with mattress, box spring and various wood) that took up my whole downstairs and garage. Due to working 3 jobs and money, I was looking for the most cost and time efficient way to discard all this trash so i can start working on renovating my downstairs. I remember i had used 1800-Got-Junk for just wood and trash in my garage and it costed me over 300.00. I knew it would've been double that if i used them.Also, they had a ton of restrictions on what i could and could not dump ( I couldn't get rid of my TV) So i researched for about 6 months, comparing companies, their services, costs and the time i would need to do this all. I decided to look on Anges List. I came across the profile for Call 2 Haul. Now, my major issue was the appliances and the 60 inch projector TV. The cost to dump the projector TV itself was a bill, and worst I had no truck to get it there so I would have to rent one, which right there was 100.00 (not including mileage). I called Call 2 Haul. First the customer service was great. I expressed my concerns. Within the next couple days i had someone in my home to give me a proper estimate. I was told the dumpster I would need and the exact amount INCLUDING taxes. It was all UPFRONT. Which helped with my budget. The gentleman gave me options, he told me one fee with me getting rid of the garbage myself and also gave me the price of his men doing all the work. What I liked is that he did not try to take advantage of me. He told me upfront it would cost less if I had help ( I have 2 healthy teenagers that I knew could help) and did it myself. That to me showed honesty and integrity, which is EXTREMELY rare these days. I appreciated that. I did not hire them right away only because I would not have the money until a couple of weeks. But once i got the money, I contacted them right away. They were so flexible and said they could come out as soon as possible. I scheduled them to come to my home in a week. I asked that they come on Friday. Due to their schedule, they were not sure what time of the day they were able to come. So out of convenience to me, because they wanted to make sure I had it for the day I asked for, they dropped off the dumpster the day before on a Thursday. Because of them doing that, I was actually able to dump everything Thursday evening. Because of this, I am now able to focus on starting my renovation this weekend instead of next. Once I was done, I called to let them know I was done. The next morning, the dumpster was picked up. Withing 24 hours, the dumpster was delivered, filled up and taken out. They actually get rid of EVERYTHING and all the pricing is upfront. The best part is that you do not need to be home for them to drop off or pick up the dumpster (very convenient as I work so much) The convenience and the pricing for their service CAN NOT BE BEAT! I am so thankful. As a single mom that works 3 jobs, the service was everything i needed and then some. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again and have recommend them to a few of my neighbors that are doing some spring cleaning. They are the best!

Very easy process from first call to pickup. After calling the office, they contacted the crew and the crew stopped by later that day to see the items to be hauled away to give me a price for services. I agreed to the price and they scheduled me for the next day for pickup. Called me the next day with a arrival time for pickup and showed when promised to remove the items. A very efficient and professional transaction.

It was awesome! I called Call2Haul on Sunday morning (1/14) and left a message asking if there was ANY way they could do the work on Monday, 1/15/18, acknowledging that it was incredibly short notice and that Monday was also a federal holiday. Jen promptly called me back and left a message informing me that she'd "penciled me in" for 1/15. Brandon and his father in-law showed up right within the estimated window (both he and Jen called to let me know they were on the way). They were professional, efficient, sympathetic...just everything one wants in a service provider. I was also extremely impressed that it's company policy to donate whatever is in good enough shape for that to happen; I'm not exceptionally "environmentally minded," but I do like the idea of new-ish furniture not going to waste. My only regret is that I didn't research and retain Call2Haul to clear my mom's house! Oh. Actually, I DO have another regret, namely that Call2Haul only works around the Lehigh Valley; I live in NYC and I could REALLY use their help with my own apartment! Please hire this company... it's fabulous!

Had used them before, so they new where everything was... We scheduled a date and time range, they came, removed everything. No problems. Very professional. Will be using them again!

I called and spoke to Jen, she's very friendly and polite. The following morning I got a call and they arrived shortly afterward. Keith and his partner(sorry I can't think of his name) we're very polite, quick and neat in their work. I'm very happy and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Took several email messages and phone calls to set it up, but once it was scheduled everything was done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price.

Brandon and his crew were excellent. They arrived early, called when they were on their way, and were very professional. Thanks to Bill and Keith who removed all the donation items and junk we needed removed. They worked **** ** a very hot day! Would definitely recommend these guys and would hire them again.

The lady from the office and I setup a time for Brendan to come out and give me an estimate for the work. He called me before to let me know he was on the way. He reviewed all the items and gave the estimate and we setup a time to remove the items. He called before they arrived on the day of the removal. The crew removed all items quickly and without any disruption. They swept the driveway before they left. We asked if they had room on the truck for a sofa that we had in another house we are moving out of that was 4 doors away and they gladly removed it and an ottoman that was with it. They did an excellent job and I wounld gladly recommend them!!!

All went as expected. This is the second time I have used this firm, and I am entirely satisfied with their work.

I contacted this family run business on a Sunday. I was impressed by the fact that I was immediately connected with someone (on a Sunday!!) and had a tentative 3 hour window on the calendar...two days away. Very impressive. On the day of appointment, they not only contacted me...but they were able to move up the appointment to the morning which was much better for me (based on their schedule). The haulers came by that morning and gave me an immediate & INCREDIBLY reasonable estimate. They were prepared to haul that day. After the haul...they swept up afterwards. Everybody was incredibly friendly throughout the process. I'm in the process of moving and will use them at least another couple of times in the next couple of months (both for hauling debris and moving some stuff to storage). I could not recommend them more highly. A+ effort
