Service was scheduled for between 12pm and 3pm today. At 12:15pm today, they call me to let me know that the serviceman is "on vacation". And then said good-bye. Not, let's reschedule or can we get another guy out there in a day or two...just good-bye. Avoid this place at all costs...shady operation with ZERO professionalism.
