Description of Work: I was told over the phone that it was just $100 installation cost and that they could do an alarm with lights instead of the loud sound because I have 2 Autistic children. The technician came here and installed the panel in my room. He said he could not disable the sound so I got on the phone with the supervisor and they argued about it. Needless to say I have sound. Then he said I had to pay extra for sensors because it didn't cover all of my doors and windows - only 7. Then I wanted cameras because I had someone rip wires out of my house so I couldn't use my home phone and then they tried to get into the house. Well the cameras are not even installed - just sitting on a table and they only work every now and then. Equipment is junk. They took advantage of a single mom. I had to make payments of over $300 a month for 4 months in addition to the monthly service cost just to pay for equipment that doesn't work. I will be canceling when my contract is up.
