Excellent service! Called in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment for that same day (early afternoon even!!). Mike arrived and provided quick service, answering all the additional questions I had about how best to replace our locks (we had just bought a new house). I had a front door and back door that were on the same key, but I wanted to get the garage rekeyed as well, hopefully to the same key. I also wanted to make sure we had a total of 4 copies of the key. He thought about it quickly, and was able to suggest redoing the garage lock (was a different manufacturer than the other 2 doors), which would provide 2 master keys, and he would just have to make 2 additional copies. He was finished in about 30 minutes: 5 locks, 2 additional copies of the key - amazing work!

They were able to come out the same day I called. The locksmith was very nice and was finished in no time. I was able to pay with credit card with their mobile card reader. Incredibly convenient. I will definitely do business with them again should the need arrive.

I thought they did a good job, came when they advertised, completed their work quickly and all of the keys worked. I didn't get other estimates, so I don't know how their prices compare. But I thought the service technician was knowledgeable and did a good job.

Locksmith came and picked the lock and opened the desk. In two or three tries he had it opened. He knew exactly what he needed to do. Sure enough the key was in a drawer in the desk.

They were extremely responsive, arrived punctually, and completed the work promptly. Joe and Sandy are very nice people, and we had a great conversation while they worked. The re-keyed locks work perfectly. This was an excellent experience.

From the time I called to inquire about their services I had a good feeling. Sandy explained their fees and gave me a few options for how I wanted to go about getting the locks redone. When Mike the locksmith came out to rekey my locks he was professional and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I've never needed the services of a locksmith before so I can't say how they stack up against the competition, but with service this good I don't feel the need to shop around.

Very happy with entire sevice. They were out within 90 of initial phone call. One review did mention cost, but I have nothing to compare them to. They did give just under 10% discount. Kudos to the woman who called me to discuss options. She gave suggestions on ways to save money, but I was adament on total replaement of all locks/deadbolts. Very satisfied.

I felt that they went above and beyond and were very responsive and professional.
