snow removal
 + -1 moreIt went well. They send someone to clear snow when snow fall exceeds 2 inches. They charge your credit card. My charge was $45. They give you a couple day's notice and you can cancel (no charge) if you want to. I found their snow forecast to be accurate (even though headquarters is in California. They can manage special instructions like "no salt". I can't shovel so I will continue their service. I do not use their lawn service. It will be my 3rd year.

 + -1 moreTo have a maintenance free front and driveway hillsides. I didn't expect so many "what do you want". I thought once done and paid for that would be the end. Now their telling me I need a curb or wall to hold the stone from sliding down the hillside into the driveway. Through the complaint resolution process, we were able to resolve the issues.
Description of Work: Landscaping, replaced three dead blur rugs, installed additional boulders, and Shoveled rock up hillside where it had slid over the previous year.
