+ -1 moreHe came out at the beginning of the week and told me he would have a estimate to me by Friday. When he showed up on Friday, he had his business card with him which had his prices but, it wasn't the same as an actual estimate. He's coming back to look at the job again on Thursday and I'm hoping to have a better idea of exactly what he's going to do (on the job) and what the cost will be when he comes back then.
Description of Work: He came out to look at the plastering project.

+ 0 moreRon was meticulous in finding all places that needed repair, in cutting out old plaster where needed, and either patching with drywall or with plaster as appropriate. He also re-worked the concrete behind the fireplace. We liked the quality of the work, his neatness, his timeliness and believe the price was a good value for the amount of work/materials needed. He promised to complete the work within a week and kept this promise, working on Saturday to finish the job and clean up.
Description of Work: Ron repaired both serious and minor cracks in the house plaster that were the result of water damage (roof leaks). Repair was required in five separate rooms and a closet.
