PEARCE REMODELING

Jason was pleasant to work with, communicating clearly and cooperatively through all stages of the project. He was open to revisions and patiently explained what and how things would be done. Approximately 6 months later, all work has held up and the previous leaks in the roof have ended. In spite of a busy schedule, I was scheduled promptly and given excellent service.

He was timely and always made all appointments. This installation was performed in January and his crew worked every day that weather permitted. They cleaned the yard after each work day and left the area around the house neat. There was no aspect of this roof installation that I was not satisfied with.

The reasonable price that Jason charged us included a quick inspection of the roof for other issues. Our roof will need to be replaced within the next several years, and we will call Pearce Remodeling to do the job. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone requiring assistance for their roof.

This was a big job on a contemporary home with several roofing levels and a large matching shed. Jason Pearce was extremely helpful in pre-contract work, coming to our home multiple times to discuss the project and bringing samples of shingles and siding. He had good suggestions and even nailed some sample combinations outside to help make choices easier. Our home had a lot of painted wood trim requiring upkeep that we hoped to find a way around. He suggested covering it with metal, which he hand-molded and fit perfectly. Work started as scheduled and his team was there promptly every day. They were extremely courteous and professional and kept us continually informed as work progressed. They also consistently made the area neat at the end of each day. As structural problems were encountered, they went out of their way to solve them and keep us within our budget. For example, a thick two-story solid wood column was unexpectedly found to be thoroughly rotted at the bottom. The crew was able to cut about a foot off the bottom and replace it without having to replace the entire piece. They were also careful to use materials that won't be susceptible to further damage. They were very detail oriented and seemed very concerned with our opinions. We are totally happy with the finished product. It looks beautiful.

They came on the date set (about 3 weeks after the contract signed) put a new skylight, removed old singles, installed new singles and flashing. they took the old singles away and did a great cleanup job and worked around our landscaping without damaging anything. A total great job. Also came back to check when I called them to check what I thoughtwas a problem but it wasn't.

Crew was prompt and started work immediately upon arrival, work was interrupted only for lunch, at end of day area was policed and tidied up, and was staged for the next day's work. the second day was just like the first day with no interruptions. The third day the job was completed to my satisfaction, the area policed and tidied up. The crew were polite and respectful of me and my home.

They were professional and have high integrity. It's a smaller company that is very hands-on. The owner was familiar with the site. They did not have the big overhead that other companies have. There wasn't a salesman involved and there wasn't any pressure to go with them. The price was good and they were very comfortable with their reputation.

When Jason arrived to give me an estimate, I gave him details of the problem and asked for an estimate for roof repair or replacement. He walked around the house looking at the roof and came back to the door. He told me that he must of misunderstood me on the phone and if I wanted him to go up on the roof to check for problems and givean estimate that there would be a $95 Inspection Fee charge. Is this the way it should work with a company that advertises for free estimates?

The owner's name is Jason Pearce. He returned my phone call very quickly. He was on a job with his guys, three miles away from here. He came and looked at my roof right away. I was begging to another contractor to come and have a look at the roof, but he never returned my call. Jason was very knowledgeable and very polite. It was all business. I just liked him. He just does his work. He sticks to his business. I found him from Angie's list. I was satisfied with his promptness.

Jason and his guys tore off the roof and gutters, repaired and replaced old gutters, and repaired and reshingled our roof in miserably cold weather, all without complaint or incident. The new roof look looks great and no longer leaks, and the new Smart-Vent system he recommended for our no-overhang roof keeps the attic dry and cool. When the weather improved, Jason replaced a patio door to our rear deck. There were some unexpected issues with rotten wood in the door frame and floor around the old door, which Jason fixed the same day. The job was done well and on time. I wasn't sure I wanted the type of patio door he recommended, but Jason assured me I would be happy with it. He was right - I LOVE this door!! It looks great, is very well insulated, and even has tinted glass that cuts down the glare. The guy knows his business. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason and his crew, and will gladly have them back to do more work in the future.

We used Pearce on a relatives house for the roof 2 summers ago. We were so please with that job that we hired him for the siding on our house. Jason is very friendly and very professional. He meet with us several times to go over the materials and the cost. They were always on time and had the job done when they promised they would. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left my yard looking better than they found it. Because the job was proformed over the Christmas holiday, they made sure the yard and driveway were cleaned up for my company. They did a beautiful job and even my neighbors (who watched the progress) were impressed with how nice of a job they did.

I was undecided as to the color of shingles I wanted. Jason was great! He was so patient with me. He came to my house several times with samples & actually nailed them onto my roof. Jason's crew seemed to work well together. When they were finished working for the day, they cleaned up the yard before leaving.They even worked the weekend to finish the job. I was pleased with the quality of work they performed. I would definitely recommend Pearce Remodling.

He came on short notice and repaired/replaced several shingles that had been lost throughout the summer during storms. He cleaned up the area after job completion.

Fairly competitive quote. Came when they said they would. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned up on a daily basis. Willing to work weekends if weather permits. Finished on time. Overall the way things should be.

The recent storms left our gutters and downspouts hanging ? but Jason at Pearce Remodeling didn?t! Not only was he quick and efficient, he was courteous and offered us suggestions on other repair projects as well. Jason and his crew are very responsive with great attention to detail. They cleaned up well after each day on the job. They were a pleasure to work with.

Everything went great. He was on time for the estimate. He brought samples and explained everything. He started a day late because he was hung up at another job. His workers were quiet and worked diligently. You could even tell they were here. They cleaned up everything.

It went great. The job was completed as promised from start to finish. This is the first time we were pleased with a service. We would use it again and recommend it. They did everything they said they would do from start to finish. This work was done for my parents house on Lincoln Drive.

They were responsive and provided quality work at a good price. When complete the price quoted was the price I paid. I even received a credit for items that cost less than the quoted price. This is the second time I have used Pearce Remodeling. The first time I chose them from several other rmodeling companies to repair the damage to my house from ice jams and water damage in 2007. The price on that repair totaled $11K. I liked the work they did so much they were the first on my list of calls for this damage. I have recomended them to friends and family and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home remodeling or repair work.

Work was done promptly and efficiently, including a couple of extra trips to find some stubborn leaks. Workers were courteous, competent and cleaned up the site wonderfully.

My old slate roof was falling apart, it was probably 80 years old, so the job was complicated. The old roof needed to be removed, roof needed to be covered with plywood and shingles. My house is also tall which makes job even harder. Guys from Pearce Remodeling did an excellent job. My new roof looks wonderful, I cannot stop looking at it. What a difference!!! I thought that the estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work they did, the quality was superior, and they worked in a very professional manner . It seems we had a great understanding all the way, and I would highly recommend them for any job.

They did an extremely great job. They spelled the entire job out prior to the service and stuck to their plan. They are very trustworthy and very polite. The first day Jason Pearce introduced me to the entire crew. When the roofing job was finished they also cleaned up very well. A week later, their dry-wall specialist came to repair the drywall and paint the room. Pearce Remodeling compared quite well to all of our estimates. I would recommend them to anyone.
