Work was done about a year ago I forgot to post at that time. They were great. Came out timely work performed as requested and on budget. No surprises at all. It has been a year and the problem I had has not returned.

Jason is a great guy and him and his crew worked thru the hottest weather of the year on my roof! Great job found Jason to be man of his word and felt comfortable and confident in ALL of his work. Would recomend him to friends and family. He was as worried about the end product as I was!!

Everything went well. He was very nice to do business with. The provider replaced a roof for a neighbor with our recommendation.

The crew showed up on time, on Thursday, introduced themselves and immediately got to work stripping the shingles. They got us to a point of "weather tight" by the end of the first day. They were back the next day and started laying shingles and repairing all of the old damage and some rotted boards. They got to a point of having about an hour's work left when a thunder storm blew through. They returned first thing on Saturday to finish the job and clean up. These guys conducted themselves as professionals throughout the process. Everything is "yes sir" and "yes Ma'am". I had no issues with leaving them here with my wife in charge. They are courteous, professional, prompt and on budget.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. I had obtained bids from three contractors. I chose Jason, because he was the most interested. He came to my house with samples at least three times. I was undecided on what I wanted and Jason was very informative and showed me samples of different types of siding, what would work, what wouldn't work, what was available in what colors. It was a big decision and I felt comfortable in the choice that I made. It turned out to be beautiful and I am very happy with it. I have received numerous compliments from family and friends. Everything went smoothly. It was done in an appropriate amount of time; the cleanup every day was super. Jason walked around the house with me on the last day and made sure everything was good and to make sure I didn't have any questions.

The provider's office contacted me and was courteous. Due to the provider's busy schedule, the first available appointment for the provider to visit my home for an estimate had to be scheduled almost 4 weeks out. I called at the beginning of May and have an appointment for May 29. No other details to report as of yet.

I thought they were great. They were here when they said they were going to be. They stayed and worked hard when they were here. They cleaned up after the days work. Jason the owner even saved me money by not charging me for work I did not need. I was quit impressed.

Working with Pierce Construction is how one should expect a re-modeling/construction job should be. 1. They arrived as scheduled to quote the job 2. They submitted via e-mailed a comprehensive itemized quote. 3. They arrived as scheduled to begin the job. 4. They finished on or ahead of the scheduled completion time. 5. They left the premises neat and orderly. 6. Jason Pierce personally stopped by to see if everything was completed to our satisfaction. Jason's company is sucessful because he realizes the value of quality work, satisified customers and the referel business that results from a job well done.

We had an excellent experience working with Pearce Remodeling. Jason was prompt in giving us an estimate and in returning my calls. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled date and got straight to work and they even finished earlier than expected. They thoroughly cleaned up before leaving.

I contacted Jason Pearce, who is the owner of Pearce Remodeling to come to the main home to give an estimate on how much it would cost to install a new roof. While he was at my residence I also inquired about installing a new gutter system. Jason was very professional and he was able to come on short notice. I had called 4 other roofing companies and none could visit me until the Spring. The roof was already leaking due to damage around the chimney and rotting wood underneath some of the shingles. After receiving the estimate, I contacted Jason to schedule the work. Jason's team was able to perform the work before winter, which was a huge help for me. I was very concerned about having to make it through the winter with a leaky roof. Jason showed up promptly on the agreed date of service with a team of 6 guys. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency at which they performed their work. The old shingles were stripped off the both the main room and back porch on the first day. On Day 2, the new shingles were installed. On Day 3, the gutter system was put in. The new roof and gutter system is beautiful and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Jason was very accomodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend Pearce Remodeling for anybody that is looking to get any type of roofing work done. A+

I left message on answering machine requesting a quote and they never responded. No call-back.

When we called Jason for a quote, he came right away and spent a considerable amount of time explaining our options, and provided a quote that same day. Later, he actually nailed several rows of sample shingles on the roof so that we were able to choose our shingle color based on real samples, not guessing from a 4" square. Jason Pearce and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time and kept us informed. They kept the work area clean and checked the yard and driveway for nails and debris prior to leaving every night. They were not the cheapest quote, but they were very high quality and it was worth the price to have a roof installed right. Jason also helped us fix some questionable work done by a previous contractor. Jason only used quality materials and did not take shortcuts. We were very pleased with Jason & his crew. (I should have posted this last year, but just never got around to it.) Highly Recommend!

Jason from Pearce Remodeling was very prompt in returning our request for an estimate. He inspected the roof within a few days and provided a detailed estimate for the repairs that matched very closely the insurance company's description and costs. His bid was very competitive and we chose them for the job based on those factors and his high Angie's List ratings. We were not disappointed. He was very helpful in assisting us in choosing the shingles for the roof and answering our questions regarding how the more specific aspects of the job would be completed ( removal of the old roof and underlayment, valleys, ice dams, flashing, skylights, clean-up, etc.). He provided us with samples of the shingles so we could make a more informed choice. The work on the roof began on schedule and was completed in an efficient manner over a three and a half day period. The crew worked very hard and were very professional. It was clear that they knew what they were doing and took care to do it well. We were present for most of the work and interested because we had observed very hasty jobs done by another roofer in our neighborhood because most of our neighbors were getting new roofs. There was a significant difference in the quality and approach to doing the roof in comparison to the work we saw done by other roofers some of whom completed a roof in one day. Pearce Remodeling's method of sealing valleys, installing ice dams, etc. was well beyond that which we observed on the other homes yet the bid was competitive with the other roofer's bid. Extra care was also taken to protect our shrubs and lighting during the project. The clean-up was thorough and prompt. We are delighted with the work Jason and his crew did on our home. I have done some roofing in the past and so was aware of what is required to quality work. Pearce remodeling did quality work.

WE CALLED PEARCE REMODELING BECAUSE WE HAD SEVERE DAMAGE FROM THE STORMS. JASON RETURNED MY CALL THE SAME DAY AND WE SCHEDULED A DATE FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE PERSONALLY CAME OUT TO THE PROPERTY NOT ONCE BUT TWICE TO MEET WITH THE FAMILY AND DO A WALK THROUGH WITH US.. WITHIN ONE WEEK JASON AND HIS CREW STARTED THE JOB. JASON USES THE SAME CREW ON EVERY JOB . THEY ARE HIGHLY SKILLED, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THE PEARCE REMODELI NG COMPANY DELIVERED AN EXCELLENT JOB .THEY ALSO COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE TIMELINE THAT WAS AGREED ON. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THEM TO ALL OF MY ASSOCIATES.

Jason was very helpful in answering questions about work to be done. He was able to give good suggestions that made the work on the exterior home turn out very well. Jason called to verify the start date sept 24th and his crew worked even on days that it rained to complete our job on Oct 3rd 2012. The work crew cleaned up after every work day and did very good work. We are pleased with this company and the service that was provided for us. They did a remarkable job by being prompt, efficient, and providing quality work. They even cleaned our gutters which were bursting at the seams with leaves and seeds from maple trees. We are so pleased with their work and we highly recommend this company. Even clean up was meticulous. The workers were friendly, hard working, and we noticed how well they meshed as a team. It was a very good experience for our family.

I started the process in the spring of 2011 and Pearce Remodeling was the first company I had come out for a bid. Jason set the bar very high when he came out, very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He explained what he recommended and most importantly, why he recommended it. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. I received a total of 5 bids but I knew from the beginning I was going with Jason. My expectations were meet 100%. The job took 2 and a half days and everything went smoothly. Jason kept me up to date on the pace of the work. The cost was a few hundred more than the original bid due to the need to replace 7 boards and a repair to the framing of the roof. All in all I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. My neighbor is retired and was outside for a majority of the time my roof was being replaced and he also had nothing but good things to say about the quality of work and cleanliness of the crew. I have not found a single nail or piece of debris from the work, impressive. I will use Pearce Remodeling for my future renovations and HIGHLY recommend them.

We looked at some of the companies in our area. We got a bid from Pearce Remodeling and from another company. We didn’t get bids from others. We have decided not to go with Pearce Remodeling but with the other company because my husband came to know that the other company was doing the roofing work in our neighborhood and he went and looked at the roofing work that they were doing and has decided to use them.

The work done by Pearce Remodeling went very well. Jason was quick with his estimate, fair on pricing and promptly returned phone calls. (which is huge with me) Jason and his crew were professional, neat and quick. We had only a minor set back of no more than a day due to weather- high wind, snow and rain.. Overall- very satisfied with the work

THEY STARTED AT 8:30 AM AND FINISHED AT 5:30 PM. THE WORKERS WERE ALL VERY RESPECTFUL AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN JUST ONE DAY. I PLAN ON USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT.

We called Jason for an estimate and he was at our home within the next day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. His Pricing is very reasonable and his workmanship is excellent ! Each day the workers were here, they cleaned their work areas and they were very courteous.
