Description of Work: I got en estimate on a full roof replacement for a house I was thinking of buying. I did not buy the house in the end but I would have hired them for the job and I will definitely hire for future properties. They were extremely responsive and professional and had all the information I needed when I had questions. He was able to schedule an appointment to meet me on very short notice (and I was grateful). I was negotiating on price for the house so being available for an assessment and estimate was extremely important to me. I will hire in the future!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for Pearce Remodeling. It was for roof inspection.

Description of Work: They performed a roof inspection, checked and recaulked flashing and around vent pipes, as well as nail holes left from previous roof installer. They also emptied residue out of my gutters and caulked two corner seals in my gutters. They were very responsive in quoting to replace a section of gutter and downspout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and likely will when I replace the gutter.

Description of Work: I called the company and left a message for someone to call me back because I wanted a quote for a couple rooms I needed painted. Left all of my information and never received a call back.

Description of Work: The provider put siding and new roof on my shed with steel doors. It looks beautiful. I wanted something that wouldn't need maintenance. He also dug a ditch around the shed and filled it with stones for drainage.

He and his crew did a though job of obtaining data and determining the problem was condensation and not a leak. He continues to consider and evaluate solutions. His concern and professional attitude are atributes we seldom find in contractors we've worked with in the past.
