Very well, most satisfied!

Same day service. Installation of the water heater and pressure regulator was completed in about 1-1/2 HRS and was done well.

Mark arranged a time that worked with my schedule, arrived on time, and performed the work timely. There was no rework needed and he charged a fair price.

Everything was good with the service. He replaced the part in a very timely manner. The problem was he charged me $450 for a part that should have cost somewhere closer to $200-$250. I feel like I got ripped off.

My parents used Mark regularly - when I bought their house I have continued to use him. He recently installed a new faucet with sprayer in my kitchen, along with 2 30" supply lines. As always, was on time - work done quickly, and everything works great! I continue to use Mark as he supplies great service, has reasonable pricing, and is very knowledgeable and professional.

He was on time and came over right away. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled to have the service done. His prices were very competitive and he is very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed that he was willing to come over right away to evaluate my plumbing issues. I would highly recommend his services to others.

He took the meter from inside and brought it out side. He replaced the line all the way to the curb. Very professional did a very good job. And he also replaced the cement.

I've used Mark several times, and every job is done neatly and completely. He is a little more expensive than some others, but always does an A-1 job!

Mark was easy to contact and promptly made an appointment to review the job and provide a quote to replace our downspout lines out to the street storm drains. Coincidentally, our water heater had been acting up and when Mark came to quote the larger job, he checked out the water heater problem, identified the valve as the issue, called and found a replacement locally, and installed the new valve a little later that day. The quote for the drain lines was comparable to other providers and Mark and his crew were able to start the job exactly when he estimated he would be. They completed the job quickly and in the amount of time originally estimated also with all details we had talked about being addressed. Mark also promptly came back out to check a possible problem with the drains six months later as soon as I contacted him and thoroughly checked everything out. He fully stands behind his work which is nice to see nowadays.

Ran new downspouts out to the street. Easy to make arrangements with. Was able to start in a couple days after the estimate and completed the job on time.

Too expensive

Went smoothly. Provided estimate on Friday and completed work on saturday. Best emergency repair we've experienced. Returned the following March to plant grass seed where the old meter was.

We just think he does a good job and have used his services for the last few years and never had a problem.

He ran a snake in all 3 drains and the total time it took was about an hour and make sure they were open then closed everything as it was when he started.

I had nine local plumbers quote me the price to replace the sewer line and Mark A Redinger Plumbing and Heating was the lowest bid. Lowest bid does not always mean best workmanship. After doing some research with the BBB they had no complaints filed in 3 years and came recommended by my local municipal sewage department. They recommended 3 other local plumbers, but they were all higher in price. Due to the high amount of underground stone I had the job took longer than expected, and Mark stayed true with his original price. Mark and his crew showed up on time both days were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to move the large amount of excess dirt and stone that I had after the new sewer line was in place. This saved me several days worth of moving it myself and they did this at no additional cost. I would 100% recommend Mark A. Redinger Plumbing and Heating for your plumbing needs!
