+ -1 moreHave not gotten our job done yet disappointed in their scheduling it is like they're avoiding getting our business when I mention finding someone else they have the nerve to tell us they're going to charge a 20% cancelation fee!! This is not good business practice especially since we want to get our job done and they cannot be straightforward and get us scheduled.
