Alpha Radon had the best price out of the 6 different vendors that I called to convert a passive radon mitigation system to an active system. I asked for an earlier time than the original schedule and they fit me in the next day! The installers did a great job. The main contact, Bryce, was friendly, respectful, professional, and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. The main office was also very responsive to answering my questions and requests (and I had many) without me feeling pressured to make a decision.

I sent a message through their website, received an email asking me to call them, called them and they put together an estimate and emailed it to me. I called them back a few days later and scheduled them to come out and perform the work. They did not show up on the scheduled date and never called. I am hiring someone else to do the work.

I would highly recommend Alpha Radon. Alex and Bryce were professional, friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. They answered any questions that I had and made sure I understood the process.

Very pleased with this company today who installed a mitigation system in my parent’s home I am selling. They were on time, professional, respectful, explained everything, put plastic down prior to working, cleaned up well and were very knowledgeable. Be sure and give them a call if you suspect you have a high radon level in your home.

Things went great. Estimates were reasonable and construction done without complaint in the same day despite a couple complications (deep foundation, tall roof ridge). The system is a couple months old at this point and seems to be working really well. I got a second radon test done, and even though I don't have a finished basement floor--the mitigation appears to have taken my radon levels from 48.2 pCi/l to 0.8 pCi/l. Which is pretty outrageous. I will be doing a third test just to make sure that second test wasn't a fluke. But it appears to be outstanding work.

They were good and kept everything clean. I will recommend and use them, again.
