Jeff gave me an estimate over the phone, preparation instructions, and then we scheduled. He called about an hour before to confirm the job and make sure I was ready. They showed up on time and began the prep work. The before/after is unbelievable! Jeff really takes pride in his work. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Jeff sat down with me and explained all care instructions and gave me a copy of my 10 year warranty. I highly recommend All-Glaze!

Jeff and his helper just left. The tub looks GREAT ! Jeff did a good job and knows his trade and product. Have to wait until glaze dries and put bathroom back together( small refurbish job going on) but I am sure the new-looking tub will set job off. He had to do a little extra but the add on price was very reasonable.

He was very professional and covered everyting that could not be moved out of our bathroom. Easy to contact and to set up an appointment. We are very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them.

Went well. Jeff the owner was sick that day and requested to reschedule. I took off work to be here when he did the job and explained to him I would not be happy to reschedule. Jeff came out and did the job as scheduled. Quality is not as smooth and shiny as a new tub but is to be expected for a deglaze. final product looks good and we are happy with it. The only thing I did not come back to remove masked off paper barriers and chrome drain in bottom of tub nor do they seal off the chrome drain in the bottom of the tub. The home owner is responsible to do this after the surface is cured. They do not specifically tell you this when they quote the job but I already knew this before they quoted it since I researched them and found the same comments. No big deal, remove masking tape & paper, run a bead of Dap around chrome drain, project done with a 10 year warranty! The only drawback is when I removed the masking tape from the outer chrome drain ring, the chrome finish was slightly clouded and will not buff out. Maybe I did leave the tape on a day or two longer than the cure time so I might be the blame for this one. All in all a good job we are happy with.

After scrubbing, cleaning, and sanitizing the tub, we were unable to get some of the stains out. I reached out to Jeff from All-Glaze and he was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. He spoke with me in detail about the issue/service that we needed complete and gave me an estimate over the phone. Not only did he give us an amazingly fair and reasonable price for refinishing the tub, he was able to schedule the service two days later. When he arrived promptly at the property on the day scheduled, after about two hours, the entire job was done. He taped and protected all of the bathroom's windows, mirrors, and walls, and left the bathroom spotless and clean. After seeing the tub for the first time after he finished it, all I could say was "Wow!" We couldn't have been more pleased with how the tub looked. He did an amazing job and we will definitely call him again for any refinishing needs. I would definitely recommend him!

Jeff was very efficient and neat. He wiped all of the floors around the bathroom after he finished to assure there was no re-glazing dust left on the floors. There were two small bubbles that appeared and Jeff came quickly to repair them. He did a very good job, the tub looks great.

Went great. Am going to call him back for some touch up work but overall very pleased with the job.

The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. They were very neat and cleaned up after the job was complete. We are satisfied with the product that they used and their workmanship was excellent.

I left a detailed message Monday, repeating my phone number twice. I haven't had a call back more than two days later.

I dropped a 2 inch metal object on the side of the tub and a big nick came off of the finish.

All-Glaze refinished my bathtub, which was previously refinished poorly by another popular local company. Jeff the owner was courteous in answering my questions as well as hearing my concerns. He and his employee arrived on time and finished the work within 5 hours. He came back a week later to fix a very minor imperfection that was barely noticeable and even went so far as to make sure the rest of his work was consistent. I would not hesitate to hire him or recommend his service to anyone.

It took 2 days to prep and glaze the tub. Afterwards, it was like new!!!! If you didn't know we had reglazed, you would think we replaced! Very happy!!!

Jeff did an excellent job. He arrived on time, covered all fixtures and floors with paper to protect them from paint. He prepared the bathtub for reglazing. He then painted the tub. He did an excellent and professional job. All I had to do the next day is take down the paper and reinstall my stopper and drain, very easy and only took minutes to do. I am very satisfied with All Glaze and would definitely recommend them. My bathtub looks brand new.

I had the tub painted in August 2011 and was very pleased with the initial work. I had to call him back in June 2012 to fix some issues. There was a bubble on the top that needed fixed and i also had a few chips that were repaired. He also then did another thin layer to help blend in the new repairs with the original. The bubble was under warranty and the chips were extra. My only problem with the repairs was I felt like there was a lot of calls needed (phone tab) before this was resolved.

After scrubbing the tub, Jeff came in and did a fantastic job, he was very professional and taped off anything that the new glaze could get on. The Bathroom is like new, especially the tub, if your bathtub is rusty and needs a new finish, I highly recomend hime to anyone. He did the work himself and it came out shiny and new loooking.
