+ -1 moreDo not use this builder under any circumstances..proceed at your own risk. In addition,do not give him/ her any deposits...none....he can talk up a storm but is unreliable, untrustworthy,despicable!!!!!!

+ 2 moreWe thought the contractor was honest and reliable. He basically lied to us and the job is not completed. The contract was for $17,500 and he already received a payment for the total amount of $19,035. The sloppiest work I have ever seen. I got his name from a Scott William HVAC but this guy is not qualified to do interior work. I would never recommend him to anyone. A small job turned out to be months and I?m stuck with an unfinished room.
Description of Work: It ended up being $19000. They were having an addition. They added a room. They put in the foundation and the roof and they did the basic renovation. They are missing the siding on one side missing. They have outlits that are completely open and need to be closed. The Struggle Builders hired Medina Fidel Electric to do the electrical which I found out his licensed was expired 7/31/11. This is one of the reason the electrical work is not completed.
