After getting various proposals, we chose JP Heating & Air Conditioning for the replacement of our heat pump in Marshalls Creek. The owner, John answered our call for an estimate almost before we finished dialing, came to the house and took time to explain our choices . He was upfront and honest, took our concerns to heart and we felt confident in him and his company. The cost was excellent. He showed up promptly on the day of installation with (2) highly competent techs who worked quickly and professionally. When the installation was complete, testing was done and we are completely satisfied with the product. The cleanup was spotless. During our annual oil furnace cleaning we were advised that our furnace was bad and needed replacing. I called JP heating and John came the next day and gave us a great price and warranty. They came and installed the unit the next day. Very professional. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

The plumber sent out by this company was outstanding. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to fix my issue quickly, reasonably and even do a small extra job installing a ball valve without any problems. John and Skip cam e to our home on time and installed a complete A/C and new furnace system on June 7,2016. They were very clean and neat removing the old and installing the new units. They finished by day's end. I would HIGHLY recommend JP Heating to anyone. Thanx John

Overall really good service. Project was done ahead of schedule with a fair pricing. Just make sure the details important to you (like location of the unit for example) is discussed and marked ahead of installation not when the job has started.

John came to our home for the service call. He identified the problem and professionally explained what needed to be done for the repair. The repair was done that day quickly and efficiently. John was hired at the time of the estimate due to his knowledge & the time spent going over the jobs His price was much fairer than the others bidding for this job. Due to this fact (price & honesty) he also got the conversion of our water system to PEX to combat the high acid and add a neutralizing system. This conversion was done by Skip & Rob who also did the install of our new central AC system. The professionalism of the crew and his guidance will not stop me from giving his company a referral to anyone who would ask me to recommend a great HVAC and plumbing company

The minute we met the owner John we knew that they were going to be the company we would hire. The quotes we received were surprisingly great, I was expecting this to be a very costly project but it was so reasonable.
