Service person was very friendly & understanding of what I needed done.He not only service my boiler, he also fix the hot water in the shower. I mentioned the shower because I had 2 service people come to my house previously saying I needed work done that will cost me a few hundred dollars. JP service person saw the problem right away an did some minor adjustments & done at no extra cost. He made my day. I spoke to him a few days later & couldn't stop thanking him. This is the service I like.

John came in with 6 of his guys and installed 2 outdoor and 4 indoor Fujitsu units, all in one day! All my before and after questions were answered and I didn't have to wait days for the response - I got replies within minutes of asking. Great customer service! The crew came on time, were very professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure I knew how to use my new equipment. Suggested I go to PPL website and get a rebate for my new HVAC system. From the beginning to the end I am very pleased with the services I received and would absolutely recommend John and his crew to others. Thank you!!!

I should have listened to the first review I read and not waste my time looking for others. John not only called me back he showed up when he said he would gave me an estimate on the spot and sent his crew to install within the week. Extremely pleased and will use them again when the air conditioning goes. BTW Still waiting for an estimate from another company. 4 weeks tomorrow !!! Other horror stories also that is why I was so pleased with JP !!!

I am very particular about doing my research before doing any major project. We spoke to 6 contractors before deciding to install a ductless heating and AC units. John was far better at returning calls, giving fair quotes in a timely manner, answering questions, giving his professional insight, and scheduling the job. Work was completed quickly (ahead of schedule) and the attention to detail was superb. I know I am only one person giving one review, but don't waste 3-4 weeks chasing others to do quotes and try to schedule a job... Just go with JP Heating and Air Conditioning. John is an excellent contractor, he is a man of his word. His installers are very friendly and courteous. They are true professionals at what they do. John's very thorough in his research for the best system to use in your home. His price was perfect and his explanation of what and why the system is best suited for my house was well reasoned. I would definitely recommend his services in the future and to anyone looking to get any work done.
