I needed to get my hot water heater fixed asap before guests arrived for the weekend. JP worked to get us on to their schedule, arrived promptly and did good, thorough job. The technician on the call did a great job of explaining the problem to me. These guys were a big help in a last-minute situation and did a great job.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Technicians were competent and showed great respect for our home and property. Always on time, delivered as promised, and left the property clean.

We wanted to install new AC unit to our vacation home.John from J P heating called us as soon as service magic request submitted.He is very prompt and explained difference between the regular AC and Heat Pump,He gave pros n cons about the both because of that we decided to go with Heat pump (save cost on oil)..John and his crew came next day and installed the new AC heat pump unit..Excellent service and reasonable price...I will rate 5/5 on every thing..

John came to my home at 11pm on a friday night when iI couldn't get anyone else to come out. He diagnosed the problem and unfortunately he didn't have the right parts (very old furnace). He returned Monday am and fixed my problem. Very professional and I would highly reccommend him.

John Person called me about 30 minutes on Sunday the day I requested your service. John came out the next day and gave me a price on a new air conditioner and suggested adding heat for just an additional $600.00. He advised me that this will really save me on energy use both with air conditioning and heat this winter. I chose the high seer rating where I will get a tax credit for this years income tax. After I accepted his bid he was out the following week and my old unit was removed and installed the new all in that same day. They were professional and cleaned up everthing, I would recommend them highly, great team and good value.

I was a Commercial HVAC Mechanic for 20 years before being hurt and going on permanent disability.I installed a split AC system and it did not pay for me to buys a vacuum pump and 410A Refrigerant. Adam the service rep sent had 17 years of experience and was courteous. He perform the job expertly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

Using servicemagic.com, I chose JP Heating and Air Conditioning as my contractor. I spoke to John on 7/25/2010, who sent out a serviceman named Adam to evaluate my heating unit the same day. After evaluating the situation, he ordered the part needed and cambe back the next day to repair it. On the hottest day of the year thus far my central air broke. After trying numerous places (cold calling) and getting no responce, I tried JP heating and Air. I was told it would be later in the afternoon (called ay 12). To my suprise they where here by 2! I was not pushed to make any pricey un-needed repairs and the work was done quickly and efficiently. As a bonus, they called later on in the evening to make sure all was well and to see if I had any questions. I will only use them for the future and HIGHLY recomend to anyone in need of a good profesional!!

After another local company trying to rip us off by telling us we needed a whole new cental air unit for thousands of dollars I found "JP" thru servicemagic.com. They called within minutes of inputting my information and answered all of my questions and concerns. Adam came out this same evening and diagnosed and repaired our older unit for a small fraction of the price the other company wanted us to spend.
