Solid Surface by Bebko

Unprofessional and very poor business. Ordered 4 small tops to fit into an RV. We received a quote in April '22 and placed an order May 4th and paid in full. We were told the tops would be done in 2 weeks. We received 3 of 4 tops on July 20th. The 4th top we were told had to be remade due to an error he made and we would have this top in a week. (2) of the other tops we received we damaged thus were returned to have them reworked. With 3 of the 4 tops had to be reworked our company decided we would like to change the color and have all tops remade. It was agreed by Bebko if we would pay for the material needed for the 3 tops to be remade by our choice, Bebko would pay for material for the 4th top since it was his error that caused the remake and he would need material anyway. We received tops 7 mos later. NOT the color we ordered and a piece was missing. We agreed to accept the color but needed the final piece. his man will take your money, ask for more, and never produce.

The work was ok. It looks nice but there are some aspects that he never finished. We have tried to call him to get him back out here to finish the job. He told us he put in one product but when we received the warranty there was another one listed. He didn't tell us where to send the warranty and we are still holding on to it and we had to request to even receive the warranty. There's a 3 inch strip that he said he would come back to put in. He has not come back to put that strip in. He has promised many of times to come back out by the end of the week and he has yet to come back out.
