I found a house online that I really wanted to look at. The listing belonged to Rob Hamilton. I emailed him and after a bit of confusion in communication (he thought someone had already returned my email) He went out of his way to show us the property and suggested a few others. I had not found a realtor yet, so I was open to work with him as he assured me it didnt cost me anything to have him show me a few properties. I love this guy. He was patient, very informed, and put up with me, and my concerns, and was available at any time to answer my questions. I am not easy to please and he stayed with me and hung in there, always with kind words and a smile. I felt as though I was his only customer. He checked in with me every few days by phone and email which I appreciated as buying a home is not an easy process. I would highly recommend Rob. I have given his name and number to friends, family and co workers. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I am confident in saying that you will not be disappointed with him.
