excellent work; job well done and on time

We had Eby do a full roof and siding replacement and two sky lights. We faced the start of early winter in 2013. There were days they could not work. Job was finished in a timely manner despite the snow and rain. Now that spring is arriving they are coming back to finish our deck and other odd jobs. We would highly recommended them to anyone. Everyone on the team from the owner to the work crew were 100% professional, friendly and easy to work with. The work crew were very thorough with cleaning up every day. You can imagine the mess each day with taking off a roof and siding.

Their bid was high. But you can see that they are good in other ways. We liked that he was not high pressure like some who come to do an estimate and want to sign that night immediately. In fact, he didn't even give the estimate the same day; he got back to us later with it. He was prompt. It was just that the price was too much.

Did not use since the estimate was way over our budget

The person who came was excellent, he really did an excellent job. He was very thorough and very personable. He brought samples and did a very thorough job. They're very responsive. The only reason we didn't use them is we found another contractor who had a little bit different product and they did a little bit less expensive.

Joel Z. gave us a quote and from there to final installation everything was very well done. There was a small hitch with a broken window but there was no hesitation at all in taking care of this w/no questions or additional charges. We could tell how sorry the guys were about the breakage. The employees were well mannered and professional...were never concerned about 'seedy' workmen around our home and children. Workmanship was excellent. Clean up was great and it's been two years and we're still extremely satisfied with the new roof. I had obtained 5 quotes for roofing and Eby's was 2nd least expensive. We went with Eby as their quote had more detail than others and they answered our questions more clearly. We developed trust more easily in working with them and I'd recommend them to any of my family and friends.

We encountered them at a home show a year or two ago and they offered to give us a free estimate. Out of curiosity we asked them to give us an estimate on some work. Their estimate was much, much, in excess of what we had budgeted for, so we still haven't done it because I wasn't interested in spending that much money. They claimed that they would have to remove all of the wood shakes or go over the top of it, put in new decking over the entire roof, and then put the roof on top of that. It seems like a lot. They'll show up if you ask them to come give you an estimate and they'll actually provide you with the estimate.

The work was excellent! He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He completely cleaned up afterwards.

They did a fantastic job. They were easy to work with. They did what they said they would. They were punctual. We would work with them again.

Contacted Joel through the Home show in Lancaster. Called about a week later and we set up an appointment. Joel arrived on time with samples and we sat down and discussed the type of roof and what we were looking for in a new roof. We originally wanted metal shingles and we were provide a proposal. After additional thought and research decided to go with asphalt shingles and I asked for a revised proposal based on our change in materials. Was told that would not be a problem and a revised proposal was sent within a couple of days. With the Holidays and other issues it took me a couple of months to reach a final decision. As previously stated, based on my experience I would definitely contact this company in the future.

Was referred to them by a neighbor who has worked with these guys. From the first call to the completion of the project Joel their business manager was a pleasure to work with, the guys who did the work were great too. Absolutely no complaints.
