Glen and his team are ace! Very professional service and awesome work by Matt, Mike, and Khiem. From first contact to completion of job, we could not have been happier. All services were preformed as stated and on time, pricing was help to bid. We highly recommend them!

Very well. Matt and Mike called, let me know their arrival time, were on time, took care of all the furniture quickly, efficiently, with care for my house and the corners they had to maneuver, and helped rearrange some of the left over heavy furniture so I could clean. They were informed me of the donation/recycling process and how they would try to find a home for the furniture rather than the landfill. I did get a tax receipt from them as they did find a charity that accepted the set. I am thrilled that something usable that I couldn't have moved will be used by another family! A great service they provide for those of us without trucks, strength, and contacts.

This is a fantastic company. I needed to have my late father’s entire house cleaned out. In addition to the furniture, he had hundreds of book and tens of thousands of papers from his whole life, in the basement. The papers had been stored in hundreds of plastic bins. I had stressed about those papers and bins but Junkluggers took care of everything. They first provided me a quote about two weeks prior (although they can usually do it much faster, they accommodated my need to extend the date of service) and then arrived on time, ready to work. They were the nicest group of guys who were very compassionate about my deceased father and handled all of his things with respect. I had gone through the papers prior, and had a large number that needed to be shredded. They put those papers in bags and hauled them over to their facility where they were shredded immediately. The furniture was put on trucks and donated. I was able to leave after feeling confident that the young man in charge was very capable and trustworthy. The entire cleanout took 8 hours and when it was done, they took me in a tour of the place to make sure everything was to my liking. I was so impressed. They had remembered to leave items that I had requested be left but the rest of the place was cleaned out to perfection. A few days later, I received an itemized list of donated items that can be used for tax deductions. I would not hesitate to use them in the future because it was a fantastic experience.

After weeks trying to connect directly with a couple of local thrift stores to pick up some furniture for donation & no response, Glen & team were a perfect solution. I schedule the pick-up about 3 days in advance. The pick-up crew called on the day of pick-up to see if I was available early for the pick-up because previous appointments were done - so they were here & gone about an hour early, that was bonus. The estimate was fair & the crew took care as they moved the furniture out of my place & into the truck. Later that evening, I received the donation receipt for everything that I had picked up. Thanks for a stress free experience. I will be using them again for mattress removal before my move (& maybe a few more pieces that I decide not to take with me). My only suggestion is that when they call (via a toll free number) to confirm on the appointment they should leave a voice mail - I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number - when that number called the next morning, I had to make the connection with a number in a follow-up email that came after the first call.

This is the 2nd time I've used JunkLuggers. Second experience just as good as the first. I needed a storage unit cleared out. They came when they said they would, were extremely friendly and courteous, and got everything out in a very timely fashion. And some items were donated as well - bonus! I highly recommend Glen and the team at JunkLuggers!

The Junkluggers cleaned out my mother's house. We love the service they offered. They really went above and beyond for us. They donated so many items and anything they couldn't they recycled. It's one thing for people to say they are an eco friendly company, Junkluggers proved it after watching them clean out the house. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Amazing! Glen and his crew showed up and did the work, finishing up on time despite last-minute changes to our plans and needs. Rarely do you find a company that puts customer satisfaction so front-and-center in the execution of its business. I put price as n/a, because the rate quoted was in line with every other quote I received. So, all things being equal, customer service is what matters most, and Junkluggers obviously gets this crucial point. 5+ stars!

Junkluggers came on time, were very professional and friendly. The pricing was excellent and we even got a receipt for something there were able to donate. The experience couldn't have been better. We will definitely be hiring them again.

The Junkluggers crew arrived on time and were very friendly. They were careful in their removal of my items and reminded me that I would be sent a receipt if anything could be donated. I received a receipt via email the same day that my items had been donated to Goodwill.

The work went well. Glen had come earlier and assembled the size crew he would need for the task. The crew worked carefully and removed the refrigerator without damaging surrounding woodwork or floors. They had to maneuver through tight space and were very careful to avoid problems. They cleaned up and made sure that the carpet lay flat after it got moved around while removing the refrigerator from the house.

Everything with Junkluggers went extremely well!!! Glenn and Matt came out to provide us with an estimate and based on two previous estimates, their price was great. We couldn't pass it up!!! We called the office and scheduled them for the job, two weeks out. They arrived on clean-out day right on schedule and got right to work. They were both extremely professional, pleasant to deal with and very hard workers. We appreciated their help and will definitely call Junkluggers again in the near future! It was a great experience! professional friendly service from owner: Glen and his employees. We have had three days and five loads of junk, Goodwill-style items, and recycle paperwork hauled off. The work was done exactly as described in an efficient and thoughtful manner. We will likely have two more days of Junklugger's services before the Fall. I shopped and compared services. There is no other environmentally conscious service available for my area, and after using them, there is no better service for making stuff disappear.

The experience from the start was effortless, friendly, and efficient. Glen called me back within a day, and set up a walk-through for shortly thereafter. He came and evaluated and gave an estimate. He is very friendly, personable, and confident in what effort it would take to provide service. He offers alternatives so the customer can choose the best option. The day of the actual junk removal was set up ahead of time with both verbal and electronic confirmation. The guys showed up exactly on schedule and got right to work - and worked constantly until the job was done. They were careful about the surroundings and expertly handled unwieldy items without scuffing walls or tracking dirt etc. They have a system that optimizes their time, and the experience and expertise shows. One thing that really appealed to me is they make efforts to re-purpose, recycle, reuse items, rather than just toss it all into a landfill. They even followed up with a list of things they were able to recycle so I can use for my IRS submission! I would TOTALLY recommend these guys. Call them first. Call around if you must, but IMO you will call these guys back, so save yourself some time, and make this the FIRST call you make.

Junkluggers called before coming & showed up right on time. We reviewed the job. I also found out that day, from my mother, that there was drywall torn down, bagged & thrown in the yard that was not removed by the contractor that I didn't previously know about. Junkluggers/Glen let me know that to remove "commercial junk" was normally a different rate. He then offered an additional option that was a "full truck" option; work until the truck was full. Since my mother was a bit of a "pack rat", I thought the "full truck" option would allow me to remove some other things we had been meaning to remove. Junkluggers was fast & they were done filling the truck before I knew it. I was especially pleased by this because they had to remove junk from a 2nd floor bedroom & from the yard by walking through the house. I was so pleased with what they did that I asked them to take a quick look at some other possible future work and intend to call them again in the near future. The work was done quickly, thoroughly & at a price I considered a bargain based on what they did. I was extremely satisfied with the job!

Had a new bed and dresser coming on Wednesday and needed the old ones removed. This was was booked and handled within 24 hrs of calling - work done on Tuesday - which allowed easy placement of the new furniture. I had 12 people coming in a few days staying for a week and needed to have the space in this bedroom available. Fast, neat, no damage, etc. Cost was competitive other removals that I have had but since these were donated with receipt sent to me by email, I will recoup some of the cost and I know that this is not just being 'junked'
