Description of Work: He removed and patched two unneeded toggle bolts from a (sheetrock) wall. | |He was unable to install a ceiling fan and its switch because we needed to have wiring upgraded (2 to 3 lead) to use a 3-way switch. We had that none by another electrician by using wireless remotes rather than 3-way switches. | |He was to install two pairs of sliding bypass closet doors, but was unwilling to do them because they are mirrored, and therefore could not be altered in case they were not plumb to the door frame. I said it would be fine with me as long as they open and close, but he's a perfectionist and opted to not do that part of the job. Very nice man, very skilled, clean, punctual...just didn't want to risk doing a job that might not meet his own standards.

Description of Work: Ray is extremely honest and reliable. His price was very fair. He raised the outside hose connection which had been hidden by a wheelchair ramp and was therefore inaccessible. He did a great job. It is on the front of the house and he did it in such a way that I hardly know it's there.

Description of Work: Had a toilet which has been running, 4th time I've had someone come and try to fix it. Ray took the whole thing apart, which no one else seemed willing to do, and so far it's working fine. Arrived on time and was focused and pleasant.

Description of Work: I called and left a voice mail for Ray which he promptly responded to. My major problem was a garbage disposal that had stopped working. I was getting no sound when I turned on the switch. I also wanted to discuss a problem with my clothes washer over flowing when it discharged the water from the washer. Ray was able to come to my home that same week, found a soda can tab clogging my garbage disposal and removed it and he gave me some options for fixing my overflowing problem with my washer. I took advantage of his amazing amount of knowledge for other general items while he was in my home. I am thrilled to have found such a skilled professional on Angie's list and would not consider using anyone else now that I am aware of Ray. His pricing was so reasonable for the amount of time he gave me and the results he gave me. I am going to speak to my husband about the options Ray shared with me and any changes we make to fix our washer problem will be done by Ray.

I need a handyman that will come when I need them to. He could not so I hired someone else. I have a weeks worth or work for a handyman to do. The price was per hour.

I found his card on a church bulletin board, so I didn't know whether he would be good or not, and I ended up being extremely pleased with him. We will definitely use him again.
