Pure Pro Window Cleaning

I had started a review a few days after the job was completed but was interrupted by life. Kept meaning to get back to it, but yes, I am a procrastionater. As it turned out, I'm glad that I did. Two months after the windows were done we were finding ourselves doing double takes to make sure the doors were really closed! That's how well they were cleaned. From the first phone call, to the delivery of the invoice, I knew I was dealing with the right company. Bryan was professional, informative, and accommodating. Joe and his crew were amazing. Joe takes pride in his work and it shows. He and Bryan went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. It was an added bonus that the two of them were also nice guys and easy to talk to!

I was contacted almost immediately by the owner, Bryan, after I sent a message via Angie's List, and they came out to do an estimate on the day I requested. I got a quote back the following day, and we scheduled the cleaning for today (June 6, 2014). The team arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, briefed me on their plan of attack, and quickly got to work. They methodically removed each storm window, brushed the window frames to remove accumulated dust/cobwebs, vacuumed the window sills, washed the interior and exterior of each window, washed the storms (front and back) and reinstalled each storm. They then vacuumed around the area to collect any stray dust. They were very diligent about using drop clothes and wiping up any stray drop that actually hit the floor. The team that came, led by Joe and his brother Vinny, were very personable and professional. I can't say enough about how easy they made the entre process. My wife was gone most of the day, and was thrilled when she return around 5:00 PM as they were wrapping up - the windows looked that good! Thanks again to Bryan, Joe, Vinny, et al . for a job well done!

The crew arrived on time, even with a heads up call from the owner saying they were on their way. Three congenial workmen arrived and got right to work transforming my dirty windows into the most sparkling clean windows we have ever had in our 25 years here! Seriously, they really are that good! And pleasant and polite! I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

We had used Pure-pro to clean all the windows in our house inside and out this past fall and they looked amazing. We are putting our house on the market and the house got power washed leaving all the window streaky. I called Bryan and the next morning he had Joe out here re-cleaning the exteriors. They look amazing once again. Their responsiveness and integrity are incredibly appreciated.

PurePro was wonderful. They are the fourth window cleaners I have tried, and I will look no more. We had a mix-up with the initial estimate, which hadn't taken into account our multitude of storm windows, but they were extremely professional (and apologetic) and offered to honor the original price. Throughout the process of arranging the cleaning date Bryan was responsive, organized, and infinitely patient as our condo association worked through a number of our own scheduling issues. As for the cleaning, the difference between PurePro and other cleaners I have tried is incredible. Visits from previous companies have left my windowsills marred and dirty water splashed on my walls, floors, and furniture - so I was thrilled to see Joe's thoughtfully designed cleaning system, which allows him to do high-quality, efficient work without leaving a mess behind. He treats window cleaning as an art, and I felt completely comfortable with the level of care that he showed for my home and belongings as he worked. His assistant had been taken ill that morning so Joe worked a long day - 9am until about 6:30pm by himself - and was completely charming the whole time, bringing great positive energy into my home along with the clean windows. I am so happy with the results, and I would not hesitate to work with PurePro again.

Doug and Joe were excellent workers; detail oriented, neat, thorough and professional. The owner Bryan was responsive and got back to me quickly with all our correspondence.

It went very well. He even came back a second time to do a little follow up work. The only unfortunate event is that two of the screens weren't secured and came off at a later date. I would still highly recommend them.

I was impressed with this company right from the start. I received a quote within a day of speaking with PurePro. When my original appointment needed to be rescheduled because of the rain, they got me the schedule as quickly as they could. They showed up right on time, were very professional and did a great job with my windows. They took the time to point out imperfections in my window and explain the cause. I would highly recommend this company.

Organized, professional. And the results were excellent, clean windows, attention to all detail -- many 12-pane windows, removable storm windows. Crew of 3. Original estimate contained internal misunderstanding -- quote was $500 but apparently the price should have been ~$800. We had budgetted no more than $500 so we then declined the service. They came back and said, "Sorry, our mistake. We'll do it for original quote." We left the basement windows out of it, and they did the job. Excellent, excellent job. Respected space and cleaned up well.

Joe came out to our home promptly to get an idea of the size of the job. The next day we had a quote from Bryan. We agreed on a price and date. Joe and Doug arrived on time and went to work immediately. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with their professionalism. They are courteous, respectful, extremely knowledgeable with their profession, answered all of my questions, etc. They both tolerated my two dogs following them all over the place all day (the dogs loved them!) The windows were really dirty before they came, and now they are so crystal clear that if I wasn't paying attention I'd walk right through them! We would definitely hire them again, without question. Throughly impressed with the guys, the windows and the service!!

the gentleman arrived on time, on the scheduled day even with a man short. He said he'd rather work a longer day than inconvenience me due to illness of an employee. He was great! Did an awesome job with the windows-and I have a lot of them! I would hire this company again and referred them to my neighbor.

The crew was well trained and extremely competent. They were very neat, behaved very professionally, and took care with removing and replacing any obstacles in their way.

Joe and Adam arrived ahead of schedule and got right to work. We recently had new construction including the installation of ten Marvin windows and they took extra care to remove paint that the painters had dripped on the windows. They were also polite, professional (they even wore "booties" in the house so as to not track dirt) and friendly. The windows look great. I'll definitely hire Joe and his team again.

Joe & Doug showed up promptly at the agreed upon time - 9 AM They were very courteous and worked around my needs (one room wasn't quite ready for them when they arrived) My 96 year old Mother was home and was delighted by them Our windows have never been so clean!

The initial scheduling process was very informative, fast and easy. The scheduler was very pleasant, efficient and was able to accommodate our scheduling needs immediately. The appointment was set up for just a few days from our initial call. When the crew arrived, the team was very friendly, knowledgeable and their appearance was neat and professional. They began working immediately and did both inside and outside complete window cleaning including all screens, storm windows and many double hung windows. They were very careful to take their time in order to thoroughly clean each window to a perfectly clear shine. Upon completion of the job, the crew took all of their supplies and cleaned the working areas to their original state. The only difference was the crystal clear view that had now been restored of our beautiful outdoor surroundings. All was complete and done with a smile. The overall experience was very pleasant and we would recommend this company to our family and friends and be glad to use their services again without pause.

I called Pure-Pro for a free estimate, along with one other local company (the prices were similar, though Pure Pro did come in lower in overall price). The guy came out and did a walk around of the property, examining windows and I actually don't remember if he came inside on that day or not. He made some basic recommendations (screen maintenance, cleaning options for a roof stain / etc) and said I would be getting a price quote within a few days. About a day later, Bryan e-mailed a price quote. I like the guy who came out, and the quote seemed fair--also liked that they are fully insured, so I scheduled the work for a few weeks later (I wanted it done right before a big family party--so I put the work off). The same guy who gave the quote was at our house on time and did a great job--thorough work, with wiping down all tracks / sills. I was especially impressed with the removal of the moss buildup a portion of our roof--made the roof look new again. Overall: quick, efficient, professional, fair price, and I was happy with their service.

He showed up when he said he would and worked all day. The roof cleaning was difficult but he did a great job.

I can't say enough about Joe and his work, and work ethic. He is a third generation window washer and obviously takes a huge amount of pride in what he does. I asked him to do a couple of little extras when he was up on the ladder, which he happily did. I left him alone at the end of the day and he thanked me for trusting him, which I really did. I would recommend him again in a heartbeat! I don't know where one gives STARRED ratings, but I will try to give him one! Thanks, Angies List, for allowing me to rave about this man and his work!
