+ 0 moreMark IV team was fantastic. They were on time and on budget. They worked with us to get the results that we wanted and were very accommodating. They were also exceptionally clean. With the exception of some of their tools you would never have known they were even in the house. We will definitely be using them in the future!
Description of Work: Removed and replaced tub, removed and replaced tile in surrounding shower, added bullnose tile to existing tile in bathroom, replaced and updated plumbing with shower/ tub.

Description of Work: Free service call to fix faucet. Mark IV remodeled kitchen (2nd time) about 6 years ago. Kitchen faucet was bent out of shape and company sent a repair person the same day -at no charge! This was not an easy fix, and required the service person to work in a cramped space which was physically very uncomfortable. Took about an hour of hard work. Great service done beyond the service warranty period.
