.Rich responded immediately to my phone call and we scheduled a time a few days later. He brought fabric samples and lots of pictures. After checking the area, Rich discussed the issues of the weird spacing of the window area, and the retractable arm awning I was hoping for would not be my best option. I liked that the cheaper option was the one that he recommended for my situation and space issues. He was forthright, knowledgeable and not pushy. It was an enjoyable experience. He said it would take 4-5 weeks until the fabric was ready and 4 weeks later, it was installed. Right on time! Installation went fine. The angle of the awning they set is perfect for the sun exposure i get ! All around, it was a pleasant experience. No problems at all! Would highly recommend!

After we reached out through Angie's List we got an appointment right away. The owner came for inspecting the spot we had planned for the awning, took the exact measurements and helped select the fabrics. Just a few weeks later, sooner than hoped for the awning was installed. Installation was very quick including cables and indoor switch, everything nicely hidden under the siding. They will even help us fixing an issue we have with one of our patio doors.

Arrived at rescheduled time. Installed carefully and accurately awning. In error made a small hole in wall. He went to hardware store purchased joint compound and fixed wall. Explained warranty and operation of awning in detail. Was not in a rush. Nice company to deal with.

The owner of JMT awnings came to our house. He measured roof height from deck. Advised us that a roof mounted awning would be more beneficial to us. He pointed out the dimensions and angle the awning. The choice of material was limitless. It was hard to decide from the four sample books what to choose. The pictures of previous installations helped a lot. We were quoted the price and when to expect installation (about 4 to five weeks from ordering). The installation was completed as promised. Rich Caskey (owner) - owner was great. He was pleasant, informative, took time to go over options with us, and installation was a breeze. We did find a drill hole in our siding that was not filled where the awning was hung, but otherwise all went well. We'll be putting them back up in a couple months!

JMT Awnings did an excellent job. They're punctual. They do excellent contracting and they do the work themselves.

Marie called and said Rich had some time to come over and give me an estimate. He arrived promptly. he was polite and professional. He showed me the materials and the awning mechanism. His product is top of the line and I have no doubt that it would be installed perfectly. Unfortunately, we did not have the installation done because of the expense. Maybe next year.

The owner of the company came out the same day that we called. He was very professional and his pricing was just what we expected to pay. He came out the next day to take measurements. They installed large crown molding on our buiding. Rich the owner actually suggested a really awesome design element that didn't add to the cost but really improved the look of our building

From the day we placed the call to Rich at JMT until the day it was. Installed the experience with JMT was nothing but Outstanding!!

Rich Caskey came out and gave us a quote two weeks ago. We liked his honesty and professionalism immediately. His wife Marie is in the office and she is very helpful as well. When we found a competitor was offering a slightly better price for a similar product Rich was willing to compromise. He surprised us and installed earlier then we expected on a Saturday which was amazing. His crew was friendly and professional. As a female I am always leery having workers here when I am home alone but they are good people. Our awning was installed in under 2 hours and they left our home exactly as they found it by cleaning up. They did make one small mistake which caused a hole to be put in the wall on the other side in the adjacent room and Rich quickly apologized and offered to spackle the hole. I cannot ask for more and I am very satisfied with the installation.

Fair estimate given and work was done when scheduled. It was a great experience all around. I did not purchase the awning from this company. They were still more than happy to do the work of re mounting it. I will buy my next awning from them for sure!

JMT arrived when scheduled to look at the job and giv me an estimate. The awning was ready in about 2 weeks, when promised. It was installed in about 4 hours. They cleaned up after the work was complete and disposed of the old awning. Everything happened exactly as was promised. We are very happy with the awning and would highly recommend JMT.
