Description of Work: I need to replace the 20 year old fabric on a fabric, manual retractable awning that covers my deck, as well as another smaller awning covering a window next to it. The awnings both work fine, I just need the fabric replaced for both.

Description of Work: Very, very pleased with everything: professionalism, timely installation, and product. I had 2 awnings installed - one above my front door and the other above my garage and back doors. I just love them and plan to use JMT awnings again to have another installed above my patio. I highly recommend them and give them the highest rating in all areas.

Description of Work: Installed new awning. He did an excellent job. It seemed a bit pricey, but worth it. It seems relevant that the salesman/owner was also the installer. This guy's experience and ability were evident. His office was very responsive, and he was punctual.

 + -1 moreRich Caskey & his assistant arrived as scheduled & completed the job within a few hours. They were excellent with the care they took in the work & explained each step of the way. Their was a manufacturing defect in the awning motor & Rich had a new one installed within a few days. An overall excellent job & a good investment on our part.
Description of Work: Installation of one twelve foot X six & a half foot power-operated awning & two four foot X six foot side-mounted manually operated awnings on the exterior porch/deck.
