Amjay was very responsive and punctual. He was knowledgable and explained the work to be done. When the door needed to be adjusted he and his team were responsive and came out quickly to adjust the door and make it right. Overall a very positive experience.

Amjay responded to the request and scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived for the appointment promptly. He replaced a security lock which now allows me to gain entry to garage if there is an electrical failure. He also suggested replacement of pulleys which was done. The door rattled before but now is much quieter since the pulleys were replaced. The cost for the additional work was $200. I have no comparison for this type of work but the cost seemed right, and I am completely satisfied with the work done.

They did a nice job. Price was $650 which was a bit expensive but overall I was happy with the work they did.

After repeated emails, they never called me or emailed me back. They wanted my phone number and I gave it to them and never heard back from them. Getting my money back.

Amjay explained it was due to the fact that the old sensors were left to operate with a newly added garage door opener. I argued that this shouldn't affect the door's ability to open in cold weather, since it worked fine in warm weather, but he insisted that was the problem. It was warm at the time so we couldn't see if his allegations were true. But I decided to trust him and had new sensors installed. Sure enough, when the cold weather returned, the door is closing beautifully. I promised him I would write a good review...and here it is!

He claimed the offer for a $29.00 tune up was only for the visit and time to come out to look at the door, not to do any work so I felt like it was a scam. He wanted to install new rollers at $7 per roller for $70 in addition to the $50 tune up but I passed. I wanted the opener fixed and he suggested I buy a new one at Home Depot.

It went well. Very nice guys. They also helped me with another handy-man type of task that I wasn't able to do myself.

The guy was informative about issues that could arise from a door 10 years old. Wasn't pushing just suggestive. I found it very helpful.

I usually hate to give reviews because if I write something nice and later have a problem it usually turns out bad. However, I feel like I wouldn't have a problems with these guys. I explained my door problem that's been going on shortly after the installation of the door in 2009. It constantly jumps off the track and is difficult to get back on. Also told him another company came out and gave me an estimate to install a new track. Amjay came right out and fixed it saving me quite a bit of money. I know it's only been a couple of weeks but no problems since and I think this is probably the longest it's gone without a problem. Definitely recommend doing business with Fast Local Garage Door Service! Good, fast and efficient service! Thanks

The repair of the weather stripping on my garage door went very well. Amijay was quick and professional with the replacement weather strip on bottom of door.

They were on time very professional, and they took the time to explain to me why this part is needed or not needed. They are a great group of guys, I will be using them for my garage door replacement within the next year.
