Garage door spring broke unexpectedly and of course stranded with a car locked in the garage, MJ called immediately after submitting through home advisor and was able to come out next day. He also called before heading over so I could coordinate someone to be home and a quote was given as soon as he assessed the weight of the door, etc. He was able to complete the work in about an hour. The price was a bit higher than i would have liked but considering the fast service on a weekend to get us operational again and almost no lost time. MJ was knowledgeable about garage door equipment and overall very pleasant to work with.

Great service. On time. Inspected garage door and gave recommendations with no sales pressure. They were called for (2)burnout sensors,also replaced (10)rollers on doors,(2)cables and 2 pulleys. Door is over 22 years old. Only problem,they forgot credit card reader,but was able to accept check. I am pleased with service.

The price that was quoted was based on the garage door needing to be customized because the opening was smaller than normal. The door came right out of the box. No customization at all. I had a problem with honesty.
