mj gave me another option other than replacing the door . he had the necesarry parts to repair the door took about 1/2 hour and it works better than it has in years, i feel the price was fair and well worth it

MJ answered the request for quote on Angie s List quickly and did a spring replacement the same day. A bit more expensive than I expected (due to additional cable replacement) but happy overall, and MJ was very courteous.

They arrived promptly and repaired what I asked. However, it appears as though I need a new garage door opener too. He didn t have one on his truck. He said if I purchase one they could install it. That will be a subsequent project.
