Description of Work: CALLED FOR WORK, NEVER RETURNED MY CALL AND WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY GAVE ME VAGUE EXCUSES AS TO WHY THEY HAD NOT GOTTEN TO ME.

+ -1 moreHE EXPLAINED WHY HE USED THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF WOOD FOR EACH JOB. HE WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING THAT HE CONSIDERED AN UNNECESSARY REPAIR. HE TOOK THE SHUTTERS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, LEFT THE ONES THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE DONE. HE TOOK THEM WITH HIM, REPAIRED THEM, PAINTED THEM, AND BROUGHT THEM BACK AND INSTALLED THEM. HE ADVISED ME NOT TO GET NEW DOORS, BUT TO WORK ON THE DOORS WHICH WE FOUND IN THE BASEMENT. HE MOVED THEM FOR ME SO THAT I COULD WORK ON THEM. THEY WERE VERY HEAVY. HE IS THOROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL. HE DESCRIBES HIMSELF AS NOT BEING CHEAP, BUT FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT HE DOES, I FEEL THAT THE PRICE IS A GOOD MATCH, ESPECIALLY FOR THE QUALITY OF WOOD HE USES. HE WASN'T SATISFIED WITH THE NAILS THAT WERE IN THE GATE, SO HE REMOVED THEM AND PUT SCREWS IN AND THERE WERE LOTS OF NAILS AND SCREWS.
Description of Work: HE REPLACED BOARDS ON MY SUN PORCH FLOOR. HE ALSO HAD TO REPLACE THE BASEBOARD AND PART OF THE WALL ON THE SUN PORCH. HE REPAIRED SOME OF MY EXISTING SHUTTERS. HE REPAIRED 2 GATES.

Description of Work: THIS MAN BUILT A CORNER CABINET IN OUR LIVING ROOM, INSTALLED CROWN MOLDING, HUNG SHUTTERS INSIDE AND OUT AND INSTALLED A POST-AND-RAIL FENCE OUTSIDE. HIS WORK IS EXCELLENT.
