+ -1 moreWonderful! Dan and Ian are trustworthy, easy going and communicated with me on everything going on. They go the extra mile to assist in not interrupting the daily needs of the house and are very neat. If Dan and Ike feel a project should be contracted out, they get the quotes, give you their recommendation and manage the contracted work. They will do small to large projects and their pricing is very reasonable and the finished product is to your liking!
Description of Work: Two rounds of services performed by Dan Ike's Company. The first round included an extension off of bedroom that became a Master Bath. Required Steel supports in family room, working with designer, The bathroom is magnificent. Redesigned the bedroom with raised ceiling, new windows and a cedar closet. Built in cabinets and propane fireplace put into family room. Changed the look and functionality of the room to a 10! The second round included repair of old custom woodwork outside (normal wear and tear and Dan replaced) looks like the original woodwork. Custom cabinetry in Kitchen. Dan makes the cabinets from raw wood, makes recommendations of color/stain and the output is a piece of art! Replaced brick patio, built new pergola and included design that makes the craftsmanship stand out!
