DBC Services did a great job and we would use them again. They came out and first gave us an estimate. For both the estimate and while doing the work they were on time. We felt comfortable with them right away. There were many electrical issues we had that needed to be worked on in our home. These included defective outlets and switches, a new light fixture on our porch and dining room, globes that needs to cover some of our overhead lights, some light fixtures that needed the bases to be tightened and a new electric heater that needed to be installed in our bathroom. One issue that we were very happy with is that we never felt pressured to do more work than we wanted to be done. DBC Services only did what we asked and never pressured us to have more work done. This went a long way in our family gaining trust in the company. We felt, and still do, that we were given an honest evaluation of the situation. When the work started everything was completed in a timely manner (about 2 days). All of the supplies and materials were bought by the company from a supply house. Dave Decker even went to a few suppliers to get what he needed to complete the job that he promised us. We felt like this showed the level he went to in order to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. The work was completed quickly and professionally. There was no mess left over after the work was completed, it was all cleaned up. The final cost of the project was in the estimate's range. The working environment and atmosphere that was created by DBC Services was terrific. Friendly and flexible are terms that come to mind to go along with the excellent work and service. We were very happy with all aspects of DBC Services and will use them again whenever we need more electrical work.
