Description of Work: New installation of A/C Heat unit and correction of a problem that developed with the same unit during the deep freeze. They were responsive, prompt, professional and not only repaired the immediate problem, but returned to make adjustments to the environment that were over and above what would have been required.

Description of Work: No services were performed. I received an estimate to replace my heating cooling systems only. The representative was polite & knowledgeable.

Description of Work: They called to confirm the appointment and again the morning of called to say they were on their way. After spending time cleaning the vent from inside proceeded to do it from the outside which was at the top of our third floor. He mentioned the problem we were having could be related to an unusual vent. It turned out to be a total blockage. I asked him to replace the vent with a proper one. He was very thorough as the job ended up being twice as complicated and gave me prices to do the additional work required. He replaced the entire vent work and showed me the old vents and why they needed replacing. An additional man was added to the job which was compleated in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable price which we discussed before he proceeded. I feel confident the job was done well and would definitely use them again in two years which is when he said I'd need to get it checked again.
