The only good thing about the job was a young recent college graduate service person showed up on time successfully set up the network in 30 minutes. However, he never was able to transfer the mail contacts successfully after leaving a transfer program running for 8+ hours! Also, every time the computer is booted up a message keeps popping up saying some program failed. I called the owner to have the problems fixed as the job was not completed to my satisfaction (This is after I spent several hundred dollars on used equipment from this company). . The owner did not attempt to address any of my concerns, and did not offer to find a solution that would satisfy me. Instead, he wanted to charge me another $100 an hour to fix what should have been done in the original visit. Also the owner said the service person should have sat in front of the computer while the transfer program ran and charged me for that time (making the job cost almost $1,000!). I would never use this company again. When friends and family have asked me for a referral for computer services I tell them I would never recommend this company. We have found another provider who has only highly experienced and knowledgeable staff who charge much less and work to solve problem/issues satisfactorily in a reasonable time period.
