 + -1 moreEstimate was on time. Weather played a large part of why the job was not completed in a timely manner. While he was nice and had good excuses as to why the job still wasn't completed he refused to answer repeated phone calls over a long period of time. When the work was finally completed we are happy with the results. This work was done for a HOA in Dover PA
Description of Work: He repaired a storm drain in our housing complex, filled cracks and holes, and filled a low spot where water had been collecting and applied seal coat.
