Bathtub Restoration Co

Our daughter's bathroom was originally completed in the mid-70s and had a very sturdy and useable bathtub, but it was yellow (to match the sink and toilet!) and we wanted it to be white like the other new fixtures we used in remodeling. Bill, of Bathtub Restoration, was very prompt and courteous in getting back in touch with me after I called him. His schedule is usually quite full, but I felt like he was able to get to our job within a very reasonable period of time. We set up the appointment, and a couple of days before he was to do the job, he called because the weather forecast was for heavy rain for several days. He informed me that he and the other gentleman who would be doing the work would make multiple trips in and out of the house during the course of their work, and he didn't want to track mud and/or water all through the house, so would I be willing to move the date back a couple of days? Of course - I was thrilled that he was concerned about making a mess in our home. They showed up exactly when they said they would, took the amount of time they estimated, were friendly and professional with my family, took special care to not make a mess in our home, and did a fantastic job on our tub. The surface is flawless and makes it appear that we installed a brand-new bathtub. Bill even left us with a handy "how-to" card that gives cleaning and care instructions, along with his contact info if we have any questions for him. I wish every contractor would be as considerate and professional as the folks at Bathtub Restoration.
