The fan light installation took longer than it shoukd have but results are satisfactory. I supplied the fan support kit and saw part of it bent up in my den. They charged me $18.90 for parts so sounds like they nessed uo my $21 fan support kit. Dale Stidham waa unable to do this wirk himself. Due to his very large suze he said he could've get into attic . The fan location was just a few feet from attic hatch. Dale had a man named Michael do the work and he pretty much observed. He did not start reading installation booklet for dishwasher until Michael had finished fan. That was going on 3 hours! There gad wasted time on my $ as they looked over the sections of dry rotted siding trims that i needed replaced. They also discussed hiw to hang a picture i needed hung. Dale told Micheal to remive the top hinge of my front door and to use the middle hinge on too and that it would be ok until i got a new matching hinge and ge would come back. Tge problem with door hinge usnt even hinge - it is the latch. A lot of my money wasted looking at things they didnt di. Never did get bud on suding repairs. Once again Dale said he wouldnt be abke to get up on laddee himself. Michael would gave to be the one doing it. Dale finally started on dishwasher. I didn't look at it at the time as was too shocked at pruce of $378.90 as lowes would have done these two things for less- and nothing ekse was done. Ge said they'd hang the pucture next time. I soon realized hiw horrible the dishwasher was. The flexible flange tyoe material that goes between dishwasher and wall was outsude caciner on left side and was very crooked. I contacted them abd was tokd Dale woukd return on Wednesday July 31 to look at dishwasher. Dale came on that date slone and fiddled around with it for about 30 minutes. He was trying to blame the probkem on the floor being tile and the plastic feet let it SLIDE. the instructions ckearly show llusing level on every side and than screwing machine to cabinet. I never saw hi. Bring in a level or using one. He mumbled some and tried to make excuses. Tge okd dishwasher and new one were noth whirlpool and it had been in cabinet perfectly. He said he gad GLUED something and not to touch it for a couole of hours and left. Nothing about fixing door or hanging picture. I went out that evening and when ilooked at it the bext morning the top left was protuding from cabinet 1.5 inches and the rubber edge was now getting very mangled. The dishwasher door gad to be opened carefully as keaning extremely to the left. Again no level that i noticed and apparently didnt know that you adjust feet if necessary. This time i was very upset and texted them that thus was nit satisfactory and obviously he doesn't know how ti install a dishwasher and that i will need ti get someone who knows what they are doing to get it in correctly. Befire i got a teply i went to give my small dog a bath in kitchen sink. Very soon we had only very hot water. I had to quickly get water from refrigerator and take my dogs covered in suds through house to my bathroom. He had not turned cold water back on. I had to get a neighbor to turn it on. NONE of this has"Pro" For description! He obviously doesn't know what he us doing. It must be his wife/partner that makes his appointments and sends responses. What she responded was the most un professional reply - amazing as she nade no reference to dishwasher. I had way back asjed for orice to install toilet. She said that would ve a TWO PERSON job and woukd get back to me. In my text i had mentioned that i had a nice man install the toilet for $75. All she wanted to do was tell me how no one licensed would do it for that and asked if i had pulled a permit to replace my suding trim pieces. Outrageous response. You would beed to see it for yourself. I had asjed fir $100 refund to get someone that knew what they were doing and that i wouldn't take any futher action. The person I hired us licensed and of course no permit was needed. The operation should not be on Angi. Totally terrible experience. As i handed him check for Outrageous amount he complained that his prfit was the 90c. Julie sent me a weird invoice an hour or so later and had it stamoed Past Due! How he ever got qualified ti be on Angi us baffling to myself and friends.
