 + -1 moreThey do shoddy work and don't stand behind their work. If you contact them for follow up, they'll say they'll fix it the next time they're in your area, but they'll never actually get back to you. You can text, call, and email them after and they'll never respond. Once they get your check, they don't care how poor the job they did is. I would never work them directly and would avoid them. If your roofer insists on using them, make sure your roofer hires them as a subcontractor (so you pay your roofer and not them) so when you run into issues (and you will), you can lean on your roofer instead of trying to deal with these deadbeats directly. If your roofer won't hire them as a subcontractor and insists you work with them directly, find a new roofer. That's how bad Bell Gutter Service is.
Description of Work: I had a tree hit our house in an ice storm. After the roof repair, I needed the back gutter replaced. I got s quote to replace the entire back gutter for about $1000. When they came by, they said they could just replace the bad section for less. In fact they said they had a scrap piece of gutter on their truck that would. I agrred since I assumed they knew what they were doing. They replace a 6 or 7 foot and later billed me $500 (as opposed to the full gutter at $1000). The first time we had rain, I saw it was leaking from the seam where the piece they replaced connected to the original gutter. I took photos and contacted the owner. He said it looked like it was because the gutter was clogged, but the gutter and roof had been completely cleaned with the roof repair. He said he would come by and resolve it, but that was months ago and he never did. Now he won't return texts, emails, or calls, so we'll likely end up in small claims court.

Description of Work: Randy was easy to work. Prompt, on time, best quote make Bell a best choice. We couldn't even get responses from other providers bc of the season & hot housing market. So glad it worked out with this crew!

 + -1 moreReturned my call with in a couple of days (he was on vacation). Came up and give us the estimate. The work was done about a week later. When they were done working, all the old gutters, etc. were removed from the premises. Very friendly and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Replaced all the gutters. For a minial fee, also powerwashed the roof and applied moss deterent. When Randy came to give us an estimate, he also suggested we have screening put on the gutters because the house is surrounded by Douglas-Fir trees. He told us he used and they worked very well. We had the screen installed also.

 + -1 moreThis company was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They seemed to know what they were doing. While they were there, they took care of another problem that they noticed. This is a friendly, family owned business.
