 + -1 moreI called them in the morning concerning my garage door that was stuck in the down position. I was told that someone would come in the afternoon to deal with it, and would call before coming so I could be sure to be there. By mid-afternoon I had not received a call, so I called them again. A man told me there was no way they could deal with it today, but could the next day. No explanation as to why they had not called me. When I got home a little later, I found one of their business cards on my door - clearly someone had been there, found no one at home, and left. If they had called as we agreed, I would have been there and they could have repaired the door. Timing was an issue as we were planning to be away the next day. I found someone else to fix the door. Can't rely on Woodburn Garage Door, and will not call them again.

Description of Work: Just a little slow getting back to me with replacement light covers but otherwise he was fast, courtious had the right parts, even had a remote garage door opener we had im install (on a whim) that my wife loves.

Description of Work: Fixed a panel on the door, fixed wiring on the garage opener, and filled in gaps from the door rubbers shrinking

 + 0 moreEd was prompt in returning our call, arrived on time. He found a short in the wiring of garage door and repaired very quickly and oiled rollers and channel. We highly recommend Woodburn Garage Door.
