Varguez Exteriors

I am really disappointed to be posting this review. We had Varguez replace some of our windows and three of our doors in August 2022. They ordered and installed two incorrect doors and the third door showed up with scratches on the glass but they installed it anyway before we saw it. Manny Varguez told me they would take care of the doors so I paid in full when the installs were complete - this was my mistake, I should have held payment in the doors, which I admit. It is now July 2023 and we still have not had the correct doors installed. Sometimes they respond when we reach out but at this point we just feel like we’re getting the run around. As it has been 11 months since the installation, we have given more than enough time for them to take care of the issue. We are the only ones in this situation who did not get the outcome we hoped for (Varguez got paid, door company got paid, etc. we didn’t get what we wanted or paid for).

Wow! I am blown away with Varguez Exteriors! Let me say that I went through 35 companies trying to find both the best deal and a highly rated company. Varguez won that contest. They actually gave us the lowest bid, Tyler led 3 other men to put up 3 large picture windows overlooking the Columbia river. They use very high quality Cardinal igu's which slip right in. They constructed a high off the ground plank avoiding all our front yard plants not hurting or disturbing anything! I watched them for over 3 hours paying attention to small details and not just rushing to get it done. THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT QUALITY WORK! They had everything really cleaned up and very careful to respect our things inside and outside the home. ALL of them including Tracy were VERY kind and polite. Tyler was careful to have everything completely done right and cleaned up to our satisfaction. Manny agreed to my wife's offer of a sizeable discount to do the 3rd window. Thanks Manny! I am a researcher who spent MANY hours to find the best and I did. You will agree when you use them!

I’ve been excited to write this review since I first started working with Varguez Exteriors. This crew is A++, 10 stars in my opinion. One of the reasons that I elected to go with Varguez was that they had 5 stars across the board. Not a 4-star here and there – 5 stars. I also liked going with a crew that was run by the business owner – Manny Varguez - and that he did the work himself. The buck stopped with him and he was on-site every day installing windows, siding, new soffits, the works. Manny is a true artist. He always went the extra mile and had a number of thoughtful ideas on taking this project to an 11. We had essentially every window in our house (28 in total) replaced and completely new siding all around. It’s a totally different house after all that work. I really can’t speak highly enough of Manny and his team – Joe, Traci, Carlos and Tyler. I met Joe for our initial consultation. He was great to work with and I probably had him revise the quote 3-4 times as we decided on different window options, sizes, brands, etc. and he was totally cool about it. On the occasions that I interacted with Tracy, she was just a ray of sunshine. Manny and his team ultimately came to do the actual work and again, I cannot speak highly enough of them. Very detail oriented, asking me about little things here and there and making suggestions. I also have to say that they probably left my house cleaner than when they got here. All around a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering windows and siding.

The installation went smoothly. Manny, Carlos and Tyler hadn't installed Lincoln sashes before, but quickly figured out the system and solved problems along the way. The ladder work was impressive--two of the windows were on the third floor.

Wonderful. Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail. I'm not often impressed with 'professionals'. I find that I usually do better work. But Manny, Carlos and Tyler are quality professionals. Thank you.

Manny, Traci and and their entire team were exceptional. During the course of my home project every detail was carefully attended to and process explained. He held to the original estimate for measured materials and labor. We did tack on a couple smaller areas above gutters that needed to be addressed for cosmetic reasons and he was willling to fix those as well. (even on short notice). i could not have asked for better service, pricing, reliabilty and quality.

Great! They work really well together and you can tell Manny has a lot of pride in his Installation quality! I definitely recommend Varguez to anyone considering windows and doors.

I'm glad that I picked Varguez Exteriors to replace my windows and some siding on my home that had some dry rot. The whole process was smooth and stressless. No shortcuts were taken and it felt like they were working on their own homes instead of mine. Highly recommend this company!

Manny and his team did an excellent job on the project at my home. They were professional, efficient and on time. Manny himself came out a week ahead of time to provide the bid and answer questions I had. When he and his team came back to do the installation, they showed up on time, and worked hard all day to get the project done in the time frame that was promised. His craftsmanship was excellent and he paid great attention to detail. He knew I was very particular about things and took the time to check in along the way to make sure I was satisfied with how it was going. I would highly recommend Varguez Exteriors and would be happy to use them again in the future.
