+ -1 moreMy computer had a little black out and she fixed it. I really didn't like her personally very well. She was fine and wasn't rude or anything like that but she was just gabby on my time. I liked that she fixed it but I thought she took way too long because she just never stopped talking. I probably wouldn't recommend her to others. I thought her price was high. I've since used other people and they've been about half that much. She did what I needed her to do.
Description of Work: I used Performance Computer Services to fix my computer.

+ -1 moreThis was the first person that I totally trusted and he is wonderful and he is very reliable.
Description of Work: My computer would not load turbo tax. I tried everything and finally found Jeff AT "Performance Computer Services". He came out to our home and brought disks and did a thorough check and tried to download service pac 3 and service pac 4. He even tried to check through my computer to see if he could find out was was wrong. That did not work so he took my computer to his shop and did a diagnositic on it and found out my hard drive was ready to go good by. He backed up all of the items I had on my computer and installed a new hard drive and put in more memory for me and added antivirius for me. He then cleaned up the old stuff on my old hard drive and put the needed items on my new hard drive. He even loaded the turbo tax for me and has my computer much much faster and reliable. he is a very nice man and it is easy to understand what he is talking about, I would trust him anytime. He also took a windows 7 program I bought and resold it for me as I couldn't take it back to the store. I had a new computer back in a week. I figured it would take a month or so, as that is usually what it takes from other computer repair companies
