Description of Work: Gilberto agreed to meet at our home between 6pm - 7pm to give us an estimate. He NEVER showed up. At almost 8pm he called and said he was quite far away and wanted to know if we still wanted him to come over. He just lost a large, high paying job!!

+ 0 moreThey were very responsive. The company owner did what he said he'd do, when he said he would do it. When rain delayed the actual painting, he came and explained and then returned at the first reasonable date. We were very pleased and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They scraped a little, collecting peelings as they went, and then painted the exterior of the split level house and 2 out-buildings. We didn't have them paint the trim a separate color to save on cost.

+ 2 moreHe started cleaning the roofs and gutters, and then the scraping, soon after we accepted the estimate, in mid-April. After completing the power washing, they laid large drop cloths which caught the paint scrapings. Then the forecast predicted rain. He explained and we agreed that they would come back to prime and paint when a string of rain-free days was predicted. Not particularly surprisingly to us, that was in June! When he returned, they scraped again (new areas had surfaced and they spent almost another full day at it, working until dark!, which I don't think he had expected to need to do). Then they primed (one day) and returned to spray paint two days later (weather again had intervened). They cleaned up thoroughly. Gilberto returned the next day to look at the completed job and touched up in a few places. We plan to continue to use him as our painter as the need arises.
Description of Work: Gilbert's Painting painted the exterior of our split level home and garage. The project included extensive scraping, priming and 2 coats of paint. They also cleaned our roof and gutters, including the carport roof which is constructed of grooved aluminum pieces and was clogged with years worth of leaves. We were very pleased with the process and the results, which included replacing several boards of rotted wood on the house. Gilberto and his crew worked extremely hard to keep the project moving forward. They were very professional, careful and thorough. He listened to our expectations and clearly communicated each step, including the cost.
