+ -1 moreBlack Diamond came out to my house to provide a bid for me in mid July. Over the next 3 weeks I have called them and have been told that I would get a call back to see how the bid was going but have gotten no such calls. I find it very unprofessional to promise a bid for a client and them not follow through and especially not return phone calls. I now have a thin to no chance of securing a painter this year.
