+ -1 moreWonderful from start to finish. Gary was available in less than 1 week, described his services and price over the phone-including explaining he uses only environmentally safe products. He arrived on time, was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. My carpet looks fabulous! Gary also told me where I could buy the stain-lifter he uses.
Description of Work: Cleaned traffic areas in great-room, halls, and 2 bedrooms. I have two cats with hairball problems and I wasn't able to remove the "yak" stains no matter what I used. I have a light-colored carpet. (P.S. The cats are doing much better, now - thanks.)

+ -1 moreThe person used the standard equipment that almost all carpet cleaners used, yet charged about three times more than other cleaners. Rather than charge by the room, he used a measuring tape to measure the spaces to make sure he was getting maximum revenue and did not move any furniture. The quality of the work was mediocre making many excuses for why the carpet was not cleaning well. Previous carpet cleaners did a better job at a much lower rate.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in family room, bedroom and bathroom.
