Description of Work: Called on Thursday and got someone out on Friday morning to investigate lack of hot water. Replaced the heating elements in our electric water heater and now our water is hot again. Great price, would use them again if needed.

We went with a tankless which was installed the following week. Very quick and high quality install. Kyle was very responsive, efficient and did high quality work. Very happy.

Brent was very professional, replaced parts, and answered our questions. We've used them before and we are glad we used them again.

I also learned that my water heater was made in 1982 and is still working very well. Morgan said it looked in very good shape and recommended that I not replace it until it actually gives up the ghost. I really appreciated his honesty and advice. I will definitely call them for a replacement when it is needed.

Description of Work: I have used them over the 24 years I have been in this home -- Good reliable service Think price for heater an labor was fair value but because they have been good to me I the past I did not search around for estimates from others.

Description of Work: Our water heater broke--water everywhere. It needed to be fixed ASAP. The company did a great job explaining choices and getting a new one for us. The only problem I had was the temperature wasn't set hot enough and we had to adjust that after a couple of days--no big deal.

Description of Work: I would never use any other company for my hot water needs. The service and integrity of this company is absolutely great. Twice in the last year my aging hot water heater has had a problem. Both times I would have expected, and had planned for having to replace the heater. Instead Mark fixed the bottom and top elements (at separate times) and told me that a new water heater was still quite a few years away. I am so tired of all the companies out there who are more interested in the $$$$ than anything else. Stan The Hot Water Man is absolutely an exception to the rule. At least Mark, senior employee is, and I assume the rest of the staff have the same ethical business approach. You can't go wrong with these folks. |I have been doing business with them for over twenty years.
