The 2nd worst customer service I have had in 65 yrs. Bought a fridge for $220 on Oct 18, on the 22nd it did not seem to be as cold as it was. On the 24th knew the fridge part was not keeping food cold. Called and was told they could not come til the 28th between 9-11, 5 days later. On the day, 11 came and went without a call from them. I called and was told they would be here between 5-7pm. 7pm went by without any call AGAIN! I called and was told they'd be here the next morning between 10-noon. The next day I still had not heard from them by noon so took time off work to go to their place. I walked up to the counter where Seth was sitting behind it on the computer and was completely ignored by him until I finally had to say Hey He turned his head to me and before responding, back to the screen to do something. As I told him who I was and to tell him I wanted a full refund, he never looked me in the eye with an air about him of not caring about what I had to say. He said he was on my street the night before but did not find me and that he tried to call and maybe he did but even 1 call after after 3 scheduled times for him to come and fix the fridge is bad business and why was he sitting in the office at the time he should have been at my house. Seth told me I could get a full refund when the fridge was returned to him. I was willing to pay him the $40 fee for him to come and get it but as soon as he opened his appointment book to see when he could do this, that day was not possible and he was verbally trying to decide if it Might be possible tomorrow. I figured since 2 days of scheduled times for him did not happen that who knew when he did not get by to pick it up and give me my refund so I called my son and told Seth that I would be back w/the fridge. I did what I said and returned with fridge and Seth had left and the 2 guys there knew nothing about me returning with a fridge. After calling Seth, the employee was proceeding with my refund, only to find out there was not enough $ in the til and no $ in a lock box he checked. He called Seth again and was told to put the refund back on my card which this guy did not know how to do because he had not done it before and Seth could not help him because he had not done it either! The only good thing I am going to say about my experience is that this young man figured it out for himself and the $ was returned to my account. Of all the household appliances we all own, a fridge and freezer is the most crucial to repair or replace ASAP. I informed Seth of the food that had to be tossed because of the 6 day delay on his part but he only smiled at that. On his website he states the following 1. Here we believe each service should be handled with the utmost professionalism with the customers needs in mind. 2. We never cut corners when repairing appliances and work diligently to ensure you receive the most for the value. 3. Because a broken appliance can put a damper on things and affect your livelihood and schedule, the last thing you want is to have happened is to hire the wrong technician to handle the problem. 4. You can rest easy knowing that for our experts, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Technicians In my experience, I found none of that to be true and Technicians is a crew of 1, Seth who does the house calls. A young man content now with how busy he is at his business but will regret down the road when others like myself who he did not treat with what we thought was suppose to be the Upmost Professionalism. let it be known on the internet and even worse, word of mouth how Seth treated us as if we held no importance as a customer to him.
